The staff was more focused on their personal conversations than work. I came to drop off a trailer, and the workers was very confusing once I was finally helped on where to park my truck. Communication at this location needs some work and I never got my receipt until Sunday,I dropped the trailer off Friday at 10am. I even had a representative call me Saturday asking if I dropped off the trailer. I drove away knowing this would happen but out of my control, I will be using the Torrance location like per usual, this was just closer to my house.... sad.SEAN K.

I rented and U-Haul van on May 28, 2021 when I bring the van back to check it in they told me to leave the keys in the van I did that then the next two days they double charged me then they told me they couldn't find a van come to find out they didn't even check the van in the van been sitting there for two days not even been checked in and they charge me for two days and only rent at the van for one this was unacceptable to me they need to have better communication with customersTYMPHYN D.

The mileage on the odometer when I picked up my van was significantly lower than what I was told it should read. I flagged this to the U-Haul rep who said she made a note on the file and asked me to take a picture of it just in case. When I returned the van it was after hours so I used the link texted to me to finish the return procedure. The online app would not let me complete the return process because the number I entered was lower than what the system thought I started with. No one was able to help me since it was after hours. The ramp was twisted and won't retract after the move. I had to fix it to make it work. It is working correctly now. The passengers seat belt is twisted. I don't think it will work correctly in an accident.Mark A.
