Hell no a bunch of lying thieves. This is for uhaul in general. Uhaul and it's employees I've talked to have all blown smoke and false advertise. From CORPORATE to retail shop everyone is corrupt and can't tell the truth. I just got freaking robbed by uhaul for its illegitimate business practices. BBB will have a report on uhauls false advertisement, treatment of customer and overcharging for services not rendered.

The truck I rented was nice - exactly what I'd expect. The problem was I got a truck with less than 1/4 of gas. The lady at the front desk said the tank was at a 1/4, but then the guy (who walked slower than anyone I've ever seen) said the tank was at 3/8. That left me with 2 issues. 1. I had to get gas before I even started packing the truck because I was worried I wouldn't have enough gas to get home and 2. I needed to add a whole lot more gas before I dropped off the truck when I finished.

I called a day before for reservation a 17" Truck. They said the truck was there at the pickup station. However, there wasn't the 17" Truck and the usual excuse 'the customer didn't show up with truck" and you can take 15" truck. You left me without a choice. I don't blame the Gardena store but shame on the reservation .

From the moment I walked in at this location the attandent was rude ! Then I told her I needed to drop off the U-Haul in Orange County and she tells me the onlybuhaul available is a 10’ , she pointed at the the picture when I asked the price and it said 19.99 then after she does the contract she said is over $100 because I am dropping in OC which she never specified before . When I told her that I would rather bring it back she gives me a bigger attitude and gets mad because she needed to start again!!! That’s her JOB ! Then when I return the truck the manager wants to charge me $100 I explained that the lady with the attitude said I had Free 37’miles ; he said there is not such of thing and that she must not have explained right . He asked me what she had told me but kept interrupting me as I try to answer his question then he also gives me attitude . So I just said “ok let me just pay for it “ so I can go, then he became better after a few minutes of weird silence . This people should never be working with customers . Specially the lady I had yesterday . She gives people a look that says it all

This is the place that is stating different company policies in which even employees from CORPORATE didn't even know of. And not honoring a reservation that was set by a uhaul employee and still the van Ness location will not honor what uhaul is advertising. No one within uhaul has been able to help and I've been stuck with a truck sitting in a uhaul parking lot still loaded with my belongings unable to get it into a storage unit.

I have a very bad experience. Today, I have rental a truck. When I return it, I have run 38 miles and add 4 gallon gas (same level before I rental it), then return it, the inspection guy, while checking the truck while playing mobile phone game. the gas meter showing 7/16 (I have took a photo), but the guy writing down 3/8. I have bring the paper going to inside desk, told the lady, I just running 38 miles, I putting 4 gallon gas already. She lets me talk with manager (but he's work off), then printing the receive. I saw the paper charge me $12.35 for the 2.6 gallon gas, it's no fair. I argue with she, she said I told her I add $4 gas, and she said asked me whether to gas station, I said no, but I never said that. she's Lier. I'm very dissatisfied. I will come back tomorrow to talk with the manager to showing my photo, and let the manager to take look the room video.

I called them to add some more day over the phone they sent me an email and said everything is taking care my card was already charged again then I went to dropped off the van they I have be charge again this guy anthony I called him and he sounds like he dont care about the customer he sound like sleely or dope dont know this guy shouldnt be working there I think every business needs energized people and customer service oriented when you ask them something they all dont know nothing whats wrong with this people blaiming on the customer all the time treating them out

I am just hoping that the staff didn't give anyone any information out about me. Shortly after I rented it, I had an unusual incident happen to me at the Arco gas station located at Rosecrans and Figueroa. This black woman pulled real close in front of me just as I was getting ready to leave, and so I had to back up to get out. Then she pulled forward again, right in front of me, and gets out of her car and starts screaming at me. She called me a BITCH and racist, and I didn't even do anything to her. I couldn't even who was in the car until the person got out of it. It was just bizarre and unprovoked.

This location Is very close to Z gallerie outlet, so it made my inpromtu purchase easy to deliver by myself. The only awkward and a bit of a turn off is having the guys who are cleaning the trucks have music at full blast while they do their job. I’m all for enjoying a bit of music as you work, but the volume was fully turned. This happened as I picked up my van and also when I dropped it off. Otherwise, I would have given 5 stars.
