My original reservation for a 15 ft truck was mysteriously cancelled from yesterday to today when I needed it. All the storage place had was a 10 ft box truck. I had to drive 10 miles round trip out of my way to get the truck I wanted. And the paid movers I requested had to wait 45 mins for me to start loading up. The Uhaul location was fine and the truck worked fine. It was just the inconvenience of the reservation.

Wheel strap on car trailer was damaged when I picked it up. It then broke when I tried to use it to tie the car down. Had to go to local parts store and purchase a tie down for the car

the trailer I rented was very old and the door opened alone twice I almost had an accident. I had to stop to buy a padlock.

The overall experience was great. The computer “system” to check in/registration was cumbersome & kicked out our session twice. Staff was friendly & apologized for the computer glitches. I’ll be back next time I need a rental.

Please remove the woman in the front that took my order down I came in at 10am 04/07/18, she had a very bad attitude, someone with such a bad attitude shouldn’t be in front as customer service. She had no enthusiasm and he attitude was horrible.

Hi Eric, I scheduled a uhaul and upon scheduling it I asked for a fuel efficient truck, I was told all the trucks were 8 cylinder and was offered a 6 cylinder van. When I came in to pick up the van at 10am, I was then told that all the vans are 8 cylinder just like the trucks and that I could go somewhere else. I called the Cust. Service line and again was told that the vans were in fact 6 cylinder. I told this to the uhaul guy Doug who told me that the vans were all 8 cylinders, and he said yes they were 6 cylinder... Because of this I had to wait about 1 hour due to being on the phone and other customers being helped before me. So I did not even get inside the van until 11am. About 2 hours later I had accidentally locked the single key I was given in the van, the door had blown shut by the wind. I called and waited an hour for a service guy to come and when he showed up he was in a Mercedes. After looking though his car for about 45 mins, he told me he had forgot to bring what he needed to unlock the van. So I then called my own AAA roadside assistance and they were able to open the van in a matter of minutes after arriving. This wasted about 3 hours of my day that I was supposed to be spending moving. The next morning Dough called me at 10:30 am saying I needed to return the van and that I would be charged for an additional day... even though it wasn’t 11am yet. I told him I would keep them van until tomorrow if I was going to have to pay for it anyway. He then told me I had to bring it back because he needed it for other customers. Basically, saying he’s going to charge me for a full day, then rent the same van out, for the same day I was being charged for and get paid double. I don’t need this van for another day but if I am going to have to pay for it I don’t see why I should have to bring it back early? I asked to talk to the manager and apparently doug is the manager. In any event, I am very dissatisfied with my experience, especially given that I will be paying a lot of money approximately $300 for the rental since I drove it a lot. I honestly just want to return this van and be done with it. I’ve tried calling 1800 uhaul and ended up on hold for 30 mins, and eventually just hung up

The cashier possibly manager was unprofessional. Not friendly, not giving more info based on my questions. He was trying to force insurance on the rental truck I rented after I said no, then made a joke that i can crash and then wish i had it. Will not go back here again. Poorly run.

From ordering my rental online to talking to 6 different people to seeing if I can get a bigger truck and then my uncle getting one anyway. My day was heavily delayed, this location was my last stop. But overall UHaul has given me the WORST customer experience in my life. I will never use their services again. Also I was told I could get reimbursed $50 cash, I didn't get and now have to drive 30 miles to the location that messed up my order to redeem a credit ( as I was told) No one seems to be on the same page as far as communication, company policies, rules or fluidity for their customers.

They are not accommodating at all. Not a smile in the place. Long lines, even tho everyone did express check in or out. "The system" wont allow for flexibly. They didn't offer any options is issues arose. I'm going to pay more somewhere else, next time. So sad.
