The staff was very helpful. The only complaint I have is there would be trash cans or a dumpster close to the storage units. Besides this vey satisfied

Literally could not recommend a better place. The staff here were incredibly kind and helpful. We were treated beyond any and all of.my expectations and the GM was a genuine lifesaver for myself and my family. They treated us like family and I will never forget this place.
MATTHEW B | First ImpressionsThe agents need to be more careful with checking in vehicles. I got charged for the gas usage for the person who used the vehicle before me. There was equipment left in the cab indicating that a thorough check in had not been done. I drove the moving van exactly 3 miles and was charged for a quarter tank of gas. I believe that the previous user's gas consumption was not accounted for. They said I was responsible for the gas level reported, but it would have still been their word against mine. The "other guy" truck rental facilities' staff do the walk around with you so that you can both agree on condition and gas levels. Otherwise Desk staff was very helpful and kind.
