The manager and staff are awesome! They gave exceptional customer service and were super friendly , and exceeded my c expectations. Highly recommend! Uhaul moving pods and delivery has been horrific however and would not use or recommend

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWhat a pleasant experience. Mike at the front desk was wonderful in helping me maneuver my first need to store stuff without my husband taking care of everything. I was lost. Mike maintained a solid cool and I thank him for his thoughtful help.

JUDITH B | Primeras impresionesU-Haul Moving & Storage in Fort Walton on 395 Mary Esther Cut Off Nw Fort Walton Beach, FL Is THE BEST U-HAUL AROUND TOWN!! The whole Staff were the best team ever! And for the 2 years it’s been so amazing!! Thank you U-Haul for my storage !!
JAEDYN M | Experiencia generalMike is the best. Great experience.
Terry C | Experiencia generalThe staff was very helpful
darrell t | Experiencia generalI was a “snow bird” for quite a few years and used this storage. I started out in another storage place within a few times using it I realized I had to change. My son found this U-Haul and moved my things in for me. I had a smaller unit at first then upgraded when my daughter moved down and needed extra space also! Both spaces were very clean and secure. Many times I ran into a cleaning lady doing the floors which made me happy. I would definitely use them again in the future if needed. Thank you U-Haul!

Richard C | Experiencia generalRented a unit earlier from another business in the same town. Their fee kept going up and the staff and hours kept deteriorating. Decided to try Uhaul on Mary Esther Cut Off which is closer to my house. Wonderful, helpful people and reasonable fees. If the need arises I will certainly use them again.
