Only thing is that mouse get in the storage
paula f | Overall ExperienceI absolutely would not recommend I had mice ruin 90% of my stuff. I called and called and asked for managers. No call back at all!! I called corporate and said they would escalate the situation, but nothing. The only person I would give satisfaction to is Kevin from the Florence location. He was the sweetest and always called me back, but other than that, I won't ever tell anyone to rent from you!

Joshua M | Overall ExperienceWe were first told to go to the Florence facility to fill out paper work then proceed to our unit in Burlington. Not the case. Read a sign in Florence directing us back to Burlington to fill out paperwork then go back to Florence where our unit is!!! Ridiculous!! And the unit has a rat trap in it!! No disclosure of this? Never have we ever seen one of these inside an individual unit.

Next month, I vacated the unit. Several days later, I get a late notice. No apologies ever. Go elsewhere and save yourself aggravation. Kevin, the old manager was so much better and on the ball..

Eric W | Online Move InThe unit was difficult to find as the numbering didn't make a lot of sense and there were no signs to point us in the right direction. Also, the cart by the closest door was missing a wheel which (combined with the lack of ramps to get inside) made it very difficult to get the cart from the car to the unit to unload our stuff.

amanda a | Overall ExperienceThere was no forewarning when the offices moved. Also the mouse problem is insane. Absolutely no upkeep on the grounds. As someone who did not have food in my unit I found multiple dead mice on the glue traps I had bought as the trap in the back of unit wasn't working. A lot of my items were ruined from the excess of mouse feces and urine. Anything cloth was ruined from the mouse urine. I will not recommend this location to anyone I like or dislike.
