Pretty self easy only complaint was that the storage tag was labeled with the wrong number which made it a bit difficult to find. And better lighting is needed at night.

Luis G. | First ImpressionsThe manager worked with me for the last couple of years. My storage unit door was broken for almost 2 years. It made it difficult for me to go in and out my unit. I had to bring someone with me to help push it up. It was dangerous because once it was up, it could come crashing down. I had to move because I got frustrated.
SHIRLEY B. | Overall ExperienceThe guy at the Burlington location seemed annoyed that he had to do his job. Every time I ask him to do something he huffed and puffed. If you don't wanna work on a Saturday just say that! The two individuals that help me at the Somerdale location we're extremely polite and helpful but the gentleman at the Burlington location needs to work on his people skills and if you're stressed out take a day off because I don't pay money to feel like I'm beyond a annoyance!!

I will never use uhaul again and proud to share that with every single person I know. Thank the lord for social media so I can share it with those not in my immediate circle. Shame on this company for the lack of customer service quality and systems in place. I contacted multiple times to have issues resolved. Nothing and still haven't received a callback from the first complaint filed.
