Pros: I rented a pick-up. Was VERY pleased to find a full-size truck with a full 8' bed! Unfortunately, the previous renter left a bunch of broken glass from a mirror sprinkled around the bed. I had to clean that out before I could safely place my own load. The condition of the truck was a little rough - a number of previous dents, creaky doors, and what sounded to me like a mild valve tap. That all said, the truck performed like a champ; no issues while driving it. Excellent brakes. Will definitely rent again from this site. As long as you don't intend to put more than 50 miles on the truck, it's a very good rental bargain. PS the customer service was commendable!Sidney H.

I requested a hand truck and dolly but none were available. The truck had less than a half tank of gas when I picked it up which made it very hard to put gas in when I returned. I guessed on the amount and it was more than originally in the truckDennis W.

2nd time renting from U-Haul. Choose this location for the 2nd time due to the great service from staff during the first time. Staff is very friendly and accommodative to customer needs. Marketing team - The stickerage game on inside of vehicle could use a major over "haul". The language used is dated & tone deaf. "You dent, YOU PAY!!" I was charged for extra miles. The associated didn't leave his seat to check the vehicle. I was over charged a few hundred. The associate that was at the facility when I returned the vehicle was polite and directed me where to contact customer service. The truck we were provided was not road worthy. The steering was dangerously loose, the passenger door would not close and the drivers side mirror kept dramatically moving out of position blinding the driver to what was behind this truck on the drivers side.Francis G.

The van smelled very badly of cigarette smoke. The customer service employee in the business was very helpful and polite regarding the situation. HOWEVER, The price I was charged was $20 more than my reservation estimate and I drove half the miles I gave in my estimate. I was very disappointed! I find it very convientent to rent a van for a few hours when I need to pick something up and this made the experience will have be reconsider renting a van for such a short excursion next time.Bridget B.

I was told I was getting charge 100 for 2500 mile I only did 50 and had the truck for 4hrs. Everything in my unit had mold and bunch of leaves. Had to throw away a couch that was new and half my dishes because of mold. Staff is nice and friendly.Adrianna D.

Upon returning my rental I was told there was a hole in the roof the metal was clearly bent and curled the item I had in the vehicle was a 48 inch wide kitchen island that was flat on its back as it was the only item in the truck. The vehicle was brought out to me and when I asked don't I have to inspect it I was told it was fine. During my conversation with the representative I was told the young man pulled the truck around for me to be nice because I was a older person mind you I rented there before and inspected vehicles it was also mentioned the truck was just st returned Wednesday after being in the shop for two weeks. I was actually being accused of the hole of which even f I inspected I probably wouldn't look in the roof of the truck. I am very offended with the whole conversation and attitude that was expressed towards me. If I was be treated nicely because of my age then I can honestly say I am too old to lie. There is no way something lying flat on the ground made of wood can reach the roof of a truck and puncture it I even went below my miles and had the truck overnight because of no late drop off. Normally I would do it no problem but the last experience had some negative elements. There may be a problem with the mileage (I have to verify). The biggest problem I have is I got a major case of poison ivy from the bed of the truck. I'm not overly mad but it is disappointing that this happened and now I have to deal with this. A good solid cleaning of the truck bed would of avoided me going thru this.John P.

When I was closing my storage I had somethings that had to be removed the staff told me they were going to remove it and because they couldn't removed everything they threatened me with the police I just felt it could of been handled different but I have my lawyer on speed dial and also have the text when they said they tried to remove everything I will never use that storage again because of that I paid 180 for a whole year. Brakes were really bad and truck was old. I called customer service to find out if the box trucks tank was fuel or gasoline no one responded. I couldn't get my tank filled to 1/2 bc I had no time to drop the truck to u haul. So I had to drop it off without buying any gas or fuel. I was charged 38$ for that. For only 28 miles. Truck rented was not clean in the cabin, full of a lot of dog hair. Location did not convey earlier than pickup time that they did not have dollies available that I requested for online. I had to spend time after looking for dollies when I could have been instead packing. I contacted an employee about returning the truck possibly after hours, he stated I could not but then gave in and tried to accommodate after I got frustrated about not being able to drop off the vehicle in the morning. The facility did not have furniture blankets reserved. The 10' truck had a faulty tire pressure sensor that gave false low pressure warnings. There was droning noise in the front suspension at normal highway speeds. A better inspection of equipment and advise to customer in advance of unavailable requested support products.William M.

This was the worst experience I've ever had with a storage unit facility. Because I didn't have a unit never been to this place in my life. The managers and other staff was not very helpful at all. I wanted to talk with a manager, but all they would do is email. After speaking with your service representative, them sending emails to the managers, that I wanted to speak with them. They would never call. And you could not send responses back to them. Thought it was fixed the first time. Unfortunately they still did not fix it.
