Very pleased with the service , each rental truck I've had was clean , no issues , quick and easy service at the desk . Highly recommend to anybody that's looking to rent out anything .

FOLLEY MMy bigger complaint is with corporate operations. Why take a reservation if it has no guarantee? My booking was originally for a Manahawkin pick up. 3 days in advance of pick up, my truck location was moved 40 miles round trip out of my way. When I called, the operator found a truck that was only going to add 22 miles r/t to my voyage. This is Burlington location. This location was confirmed 24 hrs in advance. Upon arriving to pick up the truck, I was told my reservation was canceled because the location did not have a dolly I requested. They moved the reservation another 20 miles out of my route. I called Central U-Haul and after 30 minutes was able to re-secure the same track at the Burlington location without the dolly. These change cost me time and money. The Burlington location was 25 miles out of my way and wouldn't take after hour drop off. That meant we had to take time off work to return the truck on the morning of 9/16. I received a $50 credit which is probably less than the additional costs in mileage.
DAVID BRent a U-Haul van and had 1/4 tank gas . Return the vehicle and accidentally fill up the tank mistakenly . Return the truck with 3/4 gas and U-Haul refuse to refund or simple give me a credit . It is sad to see how they rob people . I would NEVER rent again and NEVER recommend anyone to this company. The previous month before I rented another vehicle from Edgewater park U-Haul put in 40.00 gas when returned it they said it is not full .The took a 10.00 out of my account . This time they REFUSE to return or credit me my extra 50,00 gas i mistakenly put in . No one should go there to rent very dishonest
ROBERT BSome of my items were water damaged. I reported to the office and never got any resolution or callback from management yet, when my payment was just days late I got numerous phone calls and messages.

Scott RI have nothing specific to write except that I was satisfied with my overall experience. The new smartphone procedure to check out my truck rental was a bit confusing. This is probably attributed to my inexperienced rather than the design of the app. Regardless, I was helped by an associate as I arrived to your facility.

Lisa RAlthough the office was able to view my reservations, it was never available on the app. On day of move, the systems were not up, constantly down in middle of check in. It took over an hour to get my truck which cost me an hour extra with movers. I left a friend to wait and get vehicle as I had to go meet movers. They found a work around that sent her to my house with a 26' truck, I had reservations for a 15'. I called immediately and was told that was what I ordered when in fact, I had reservations for a 15'. This too was unacceptable as it was too big for our needs and at a higher cost. Upon returning, the storage recommended was a closet when in fact I had a 1 bedroom condo. Going back to the office, I was extremely upset, and was now fed up with Uhaul. The young lady had the audacity to tell me, there was no need to be aggressive when I wasn't aggressive, I was mad, very mad, upset, annoyed and further in debt than planned. It was not her money, time or effort put into this, it was mine. I will never again use, recommend or consider Uhaul. Furthermore, they did nothing to make good on Uhauls bad business. Absolutely the worst experience in moving. I have nothing good whatsoever to say.

jaonna wStaff was great. Truck had 3/4 tank of fuel. Had to drive 30 minutes out of my way to get the truck on an already tight schedule. Check engine light came on approx. 50 miles away after 'topping' up the tank before my 9 hour drive. Key would not come out of the lock cylinder until the steering wheel was locked and then it was a 50/50 chance it would come out. Otherwise an okay experience. I just wish the truck was at the destination I asked for in Bordentown NJ, after all $2000.00 and I have to waste my time to get the truck??? And a friends time and gas..... This is the second time I had to go find the truck on a previous trip.

Michael D | Online Move InHours state from 7-7 so I booked in-person pickup. My order was changed a day or two later (not by me) to virtual pick up. I called to make sure the items I bought would be available to me. I did not receive the furniture pads I had rented. Had various issues picking up the truck using the 24/7 share which resulted in a 30 minute delay. Once we had the truck, all was good and drop off was fine.

I had to bring someone with me to help push it up. It was dangerous because once it was up, it could come crashing down. I had to move because I got frustrated.

If you don't wanna work on a Saturday just say that! The two individuals that help me at the Somerdale location we're extremely polite and helpful but the gentleman at the Burlington location needs to work on his people skills and if you're stressed out take a day off because I don't pay money to feel like I'm beyond a annoyance!!

I was not offered a refund for the remaining fee. I have been charged $10.00 for a long time for 24/7 access and my access code only worked 9am-5pm. I mentioned this to management and was never corrected nor the $10.00 charges refunds nor removed from my bills. This can be verified on my account statement. I always paid on time!!!

I'm just glad I'm done with it
