Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulThe the glass doors and garage door would not open, so we had to do the move through the regular door, next to the sliding door! There was a dead mouse in the unit 1196, and we had to put our furniture in it with the stench of dead rodents in it! I want to be compensated for that and will go into the office today.
Evelyn H | First ImpressionsThis was the first time I had to place my property from my apartment in storage for 4 years. I am glad that I picked uhaul to store my belongings. It was very clean. My biggest fear when I moved out was that I would see rodents dead and/or alive, but thank God I DID NOT!!!!! The customer service was EXCELLENT! They made everything so easy and smooth! If you want to storage your belongings in a safe, clean and great customer service, Uhaul is the place! Thank you Katie & Tori.
Sonya M | Overall ExperienceGirls that work the desk are friendly and super helpful!
AMBER L | Overall ExperienceNo complaints...your rep Michelle was very helpful and professional...I didn't know that I was supposed to take those pictures upon returning truck...I was told to just park it and put keys in drop box...it won't happen again..now that ive been made aware....
Altarik M | First ImpressionsU-Haul has always been my goto rental company for vehicles when I need to move something large. Prices are always great and there are plenty of vehicles to choose from depending my needs. Also the U-haul employee, I think her name was Sarah, was extremely helpful and very professional.
DARIN R | First ImpressionsI will return again for sure !…
michael w | Overall ExperienceMice had gotten into our belongings. I’m highly allergic to mice and they ate through boxes and clothes
