Please read my comments in the how did I hear about you section. Very important! There was a young man that first took my call that was very helpful He said that when I arrive in the morning of October 27 there would be a young lady to help me even further. They both are very good customer service reps for you company. Please find them and reward them because I've been in the customer service field for over 45 years and it's a pleasure knowing that someone still cares about being helpful, professional and courteous with a smile. I only saw one staff member both times I went there. For the sake of employees and customers, more staff would be beneficial for the sake of those on shift and the customers they serve. Aside from that, I had a great experience with you all and I will return if I need moving services.
