Only issue was that I was charged for fuel when I should not have been. I had a receipt of fuel purchase that he did not require to see and said I was okay to leave. When I checked my card statement it was charged. I have an email in to contest this charge.

Truck was terrible the blinkers did not work what’s so ever clearly they are not kept up to code on top of that I to the truck with 3/4 of the gas in it and am now being charged 20 bucks more bc the documents that were given to me say other wise. I will never rent a u-haul again

This place is great. Before renting, I called with questions and an employee ran outside to measure something for me, awesome assistance and very quick. Then when I picked up a truck the next day the Friendly staff (Monica i rhink) helped me out the door quickly, an the truck was clean. Would deff use again

Provide employee’s more training understanding customer service value. I was rudely spoken to and dumbed down by an employee named Erin. I went to go pick up my reservation for the van I rented and with this being my first time I reserved one online.. very unpleasant human didn’t even crack a smile or said your welcome when I said thank you. I had a question about the online part where it’s asking I verify the mileage and I wasn’t sure if I really did it right. Instead of walking me through it making sure I did what I needed she rolled her eyes and said yeah your all set. I came back to return my vehicle I wish I remembered her name she had a blue shirt with glasses. Small women, very sweet helped me understand I was going to get refunded. I called this morning to speak to a manager and Erin had answered the phone. Asking what regards do I need a manager for. Trying to explain the problem with my refund she kept talking over me being very rude and forced me to be transferred to someone I had no idea who it was waiting for a bit to be transferred because I was on hold the call dropped. I tried calling back and no one would answer the phone. I used a prepaid visa I don’t understand why it takes 7-10 business days to put MY MONEY back on MY CARD. I paid you guys for your services and usually I have a good experience with this location as I rent here pretty often. Unfortunately this was an experience I won’t forget.

The pictures of the van after when registering online were a bit much. The online way to check in was super easy to navigate. The uhaul representative who helped me was super friendly and made the experience a good one. Would definitely use uhaul again.

Reserve truck for Sunday January 12th went and picked it up took a picture of the odometer the gas gauge looked like it was on full. The arrow was to the left side of the F for full. So when I pulled away Sunday morning my assumption was that the truck was full and topped off this was not the case for when I went to return it Monday January 13th and went to top off the vehicle I ended up putting 11 gallons a fuel into your vehicle it is documented that I only traveled 21 miles and when I got back in the vehicle after filling it up all the way I noticed the gauge went far beyond the right side of the f on the fuel gauge. Coming to the conclusion that it was not. Received it. Monica you're a great employee at your 1030 pleasant Fall River location smirked and said it was in the email and asked if I read the email several times. And then wanted me to just leave the truck without going over it making sure there were no dents and the mileage was correct. I found her to be very unprofessional lazy and not very good at her job. As for the truck it worked great. Because of this poor customer service I will be going elsewhere in the future. Feel free to contact Monica at 1030 pleasant U-Haul for her side

I had a problem with the key being stuck in the ignition less than 10 min after leaving the facility on Bedford St in Fall River, called and asked for advice or help, left a detailed message with a live person because I couldn’t get through to the guy working at the Bedford St location and two days went by and no one ever called me. I had to get someone myself. Very inconvenient

They lie about the price of the rentals. The sign said $20, but they said there's a mandatory $10 insurance charge. The sign should say $30 if the insurance is mandatory.
