The rep told me I had to pickup my truck somewhere else. Nothing else available. Not his problem call corporate. Left called corporate they rebooked a smaller truck for me same day same place. Gentleman was just rude.

Everyone i experienced from U-Haul was very nice and helpful! My ONLY complaint wound be the the age of the truck. The cargo light would not stay on and the side mirror would move during transit.

Key label was given broken and the gm accused me of breaking the piece when it was handed to me by the gm and he denied handing it to me. Gave an attitude unfortunately never met this person before, all other employees are very polite and respectful

The turn is was unsatisfactory. I bring the keys in and wanted to check out. Then only find out I have to check out online. Take all kinds of pictures when someone there could have just come out a taken a look. I could see if I was turning in the van after hours. My bill does not make sense either. I made two payments but only see one credit in the itemized bill.

the van i rented had significant damage to the rear end and the door got stuck open on me and would not close properly, i got stuck in a down pour of rain because of it then on top of that the wiper blades did not work well at all

When I went to return the equipment there were 2 other trucks already on the return section, so I could not park to do my return. I ended up parking it in an available spot elsewhere. Once I started the online return and took picture of the dashboard to submit the continue button stayed gray, which did not allow me to complete that either.

With the changed policy of not accepting Cash or Check as I have done for multiple years made it very convenient although the rates are not competitive with other rental agencies. Therefore I will no longer go out of my way to use that branch or any U-Haul services

All of the staff all the way around is very helpful! The facility it's self could use some updates, the top of my boxes had dirt on them so when I took them down I was hit with dirt and not to please. But again the staff is very friendly and very helpful.

Access is not to the full extent and is not secured with a door now being open. They say the cards to access our units from locked doors won’t work for 1-2 weeks. On top of that the unit I was given was absolutely disgusting and a large pipe that is in it which can stop me from being able to use my unit to the full extent. With some sort of insect pest control box in it. I have pictures that show how my unit is. I was told it would be cleaned out however it has not been. Went two days later to see if it was taken care of and it wasn’t. I was going to see if I could switch units however with the lack of security and uncleanliness I would rather not have a unit at this location.

While moving by myself on 6/14, staff asked me to Circle back around with my car so they could move a truck. Upon doing so, they had me sit behind a vehicle as they cleaned it keeping me waiting never saying a word. On June 24th, I went back for the rest of my things. No lock on the unit people went through my stuff and they threatened me because I couldn't take a desk and I was on my way to get a friend's pick up to come back and get it so they threatened me if I get a bill for that unit 41 again I'm getting a lawyer and this is getting very legal8

Mi experiencia fue un poco molesta, porque me habían mostrado un storage y me dijeron q me lo ivan a reservar pq era en un segundo piso y no tienen ascensor me dijeron q fuera a otra locación de ellos mismos pero tampoco tenían espacio y regrese pero cuando llegue,, me dieron el que no era cuando lleve mis pertenencias,, y me quisieron resorber pero lo q me mostraron estaba con olor a ratón 🤢 recomiendo q tengan más organización y limpieza.. pq yo me tuve q buscar otro lugar para guardar mis cosas y coloquen ascensores para q no sea tan incomodo para llevar las pertenencias y uno se sienta a gusto con el precio q cobran.. consideró q es mucho $ para lo q ofrecen.. Gracias 🙏

While your staff is friendly and helpful, and you cannot do anything about the crime rate in your neighborhood, the facility itself is not in the best of shape. The rodent issue is frightening. The rotten odors coming from different units, the constant smell of freshly burned cannabis from within the building and the overall cleanliness are issues. I fell while I was there on uneven, unmarked concrete. I notified the office and nothing was said or done. It was on camera, but nothing happened. Moved out after 1 month because it was a horrible experience.

My storage unit has someone else’s stuff in it. The employees were great but I didn’t even get the storage unit I reserved. So that’s an inconvenience, feel as if I should get a discount since I have to wait for whoever’s stuff is in there to be taken out.

It took 4 days and 5 different units from 3 different towns to finally be able to have a storage unit. The assistant manager and manager of New Bedford Mass should not have jobs they gave our unit away and then kept giving us units that where not accessible and when given a chance to make it right they kept saying there was nothing they could do and it was our problem. They were rude and talking down and slander about other facilities. They would not watch the video of us looking for our units and they wouldn’t bring us to show us any of the units that was unavailable. I will never use you guys or refer you guys and I will be telling everyone about this experience. Your motto is moving is stressful we make it less stressful and that to me is a trash motto for a trash company. You made my worst week even worse for 4 additional days of stress then blaming the customer. I have videos I will be posting on all my social media pages.

Since we had a unit that was on the basement level, we needed to use the conveyor belt. Sending the items down worked okay, but sending them up was difficult. The tread on the belt is so worn down, there is no grip, so a lot of the items kept slipping down and we needed to carry them up the stairs. Other than that, the experience was fine.

There were rodent feces in my unit and in /on my belongings. I asked several times for something to be done and each time I was given a new mouse trap to place in my unit. My 6 year old autistic couldn't use the facilities as It was dirty (and the bathroom) was covered in human blood and feces a few times when I went there. Also I ended up having to stop taking him with me when I went there because people were in there using drugs on several occasions and I didn't want him exposed to that. It was the final straw for me. I felt It was unsafe. I stopped using the facility for a few reasons but that was the main one for me
