The local office did not answer the phone when I was trying to end the contract. The calls rolled over out of state and because I was not given all the information on the close out procedure it took more trips and more time when it did not have to. Several trips back and forth.

The alarm system to my unit was tampered with (I have proof) that left my unit not secured which allowed someone access to my belongings several of my items and my daughter items were stolen. The only person outside of my family knew what I had stored in my unit was the maintenance person and with inside help they were able to steel from my storage unit. Them tampering with my alarm from their computer is the only way this was able to happen. (There is proof) My mistake was letting them see what was in my unit.

Jenette S | Overall ExperienceWhen trying to close my unit I was told on Sunday that house keeping would make sure it was clean out and I would get an email. My auto pay was due to come out again in a week so I was okay with Monday, the next day. By Thursday I still had not gotten an email and called uhaul, knowing that Sketchy people rent units there I was afraid some one would put there unwanted junk in my unit. So it looks like I was charged for another whole month for no reason but my unit has be closed. Would not recommend this place.
Bonnie A | Overall ExperienceLady at desk was competent but was quick to complain about customers in front of other customers. It was a Monday and everything went wrong for her however she should never show that mess to a customer. Made me feel uncomfortable.
