CHAD M. | First ImpressionsEmployees were very rude and unwilling to help with questions asked, and used profanity towards myself and my nephew to embarrass us in front of other customers. I would give my stuff away for free before I would ever use the U-Haul at this location ever again. Very poorly run, and uncoroportive

Always transparent about rules and regulations and never once disrespectful, Even when I witnessed a hostile customer Lorenzo defused the situation and everybody walked away with a smile. Between Brijida and Lorenzo U-haul should be honored to have them two on the team. They both went above and beyond standard measure. Something you don't see to often ever since the pandemic. MAX L. | Overall ExperienceOn the outside of the storage it is well lit but on the inside of the storage you have to have a flashlight to find your things and it's pretty dark in there. There's no plugs overall. Everything else was fine

Jaden R. | Overall ExperienceSome of the instructions about how to access the building were not so clear. Maybe have someone walk new people over to show them how to gain access. The guy at the front kept asking us if we were "checked in" after our key card wouldn't work. But he never explained what that actually meant. We had no idea we had to scan the card on the right side of the building then scan on the left to open the doors. Kinda frustrating.
