I had to wait because the person st the counter had just clicked out and no one else was there. Then a mechanic with filthy greasey hands comes up after about 15 minute. Then it takes him awhile to figure out what needs to be done. Finally gets the truck and we go to inspect it and open the back and s cockroach runs across the truck. My friend kills it snd the guy just stands there. We ask about being stayed, he leaves and goes somewhere comes back with. Pack of blankets. I say I'm not taking this truck if there's one there's more. He acts all put out cause he has to switch out the truck. Someone else dies the paper work switch who is faster but doesn't seem concerned or apologetic at all. That seemed so bothered that they even had to work horrible customer service.

Rental pickup truck BP6052D was on empty and I mean empty. I had to put fuel in the truck before I could go to my destination for fear of running out of gas. Not a big fan of your fuel policy - what happened to returning the vehicle with the tank full !!

I was very pleased with how everything was handled. I called to increase our dolly from one to two did not receive a confirmation of that, but called spoke with a very helpful person who assured me in was in your system. I make all travel and rental arrangements for our company reps and it is sometimes difficult when i am not the one traveling. Our rep said everything went smoothly. Thank you

I called the local phone number which was redirected to a calling center. The lady who answered took my reservation request, or so I thought. When I arrived at the local center nothing was found regarding it. Fortunately they knew what they were doing and had me on my way in short order. Local center 5 stars out of 5, call center 0 stars out of 5! Fix call center.

Originally requested a different location online and put through reservation. No one was at the location or answering the phone. Had to drive 40 minutes out of the way to get equipment and 40 min back to return. Equipment had grease and oil all over it one of the straps was frayed and difficult to secure.

Terrible experience. Truck promised in Nebraska fell through less than 24 hours. Had to rent from destination point in Denver. I had a reservation in Denver. When I got there with my 3 hourly workers. There was no truck. Finally talked them into giving me one reserved for someone else. They promised to take miles off due to the extra trip out to my load point. Had to fight to get that taken off. The truck had a bent frame. From behind it you could read the print on the left side as it went down the road. Hard to maintain speeds on the highway and difficult with semis due to truck going sideways down the road. When it rained hard for 100 miles, the truck wouldnt run properly. Missed like crazy like plug wires or distributor cap was cracked. Have always used U-Haul however in the future will make plans with a competitor.

I'm quite upset that I was charged $15 for gas that I put back in. I have the picture showing the gas level and odometer reading for when I dropped it off last night and am quite disappointed. I want it refunded immediately, if not I'll be happy to warn other customers away by posting in all other available public review forums.

Even though the equipment was cleaned out, my friend notice when. We were loading a dead mouse was wedged between the wood railing inside the truck. By the looks, it had been there for some time. I told the gentlemen when I returned the truck and he took a look and was going to have them take care of it.
