The running lights did not work on the trailer and had to replace the plug. After replacing the plug the running lights kept not working and kept blowing the fuse and could never get them to work. It cost us 6 hours of drive time having to wait until daylight as didn’t want to run at night with no lights causing my daughter to miss school.

The prices are over rated and it says one thing but it’s truly another! My experience was great as far a customer service but prices are horrible and I will never use this service again! When I say you all charge for everything you all charge for everything! I didn’t have a dolly to move my things or a ramp to get up on the truck with heavy items! Like I said great customer service but horrible prices!!!!

I was over charged for my vehicle. We went to the gas station right next to the uhal and filled the tank with $20 worth of gas. I plan to go to the gas station for security footage and I will get a receipt of my purchase. I am so extremely disappointed. I called customer service yesterday and was told I would get a call back. Never happened.

Can disclose all fees online and in person. I was unaware of a $25 cleaning fee that is excessive. It should be based on the cleaning. I had the truck about 3 hours and just move furniture from one side of town. Therefore $97 is expensive and the vehicle was not trashed just left an ID in the cab

I was charged almost $62 nearly a month after this truck was dropped off. I rent from UHAUL religiously for my business. I do not appreciate this kind of nickle and dime tactics to charge me more.

The young kid who helped me had an attitude because he current guide me correctly to hitch the trailer to my vehicle so we kept having to go back and forth in trying to get the trailer on correctly, he had his phone on his music to begin with and patiently walked to the area where the trailer was parked by told me my windows were too dark for me to even see out of when someone should stand on the side and guide the driver through that way and not directly behind the vehicles and then get mad about missing the first attempts it took longer for him to walk to the are then what it did to hitch the trailer on. Maybe training employees will be helpful for future times.

Everything went good at the location and during the return until today, 8/8/2018. I have my final receipt and pictures and on today my card was charged an additional $21.88 after my final receipt has posted. That $21.88 sent my account into overdraft. After calling, I was told that Uhaul does not show those charges and a manager will call me back. If I don't get a call soon, I'm calling the bank bc I did not authorize anyone at uhaul to process a payment on today.
