Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulIt was poor because I would do zero stars if I could because the units are overpriced for one and two my lock wasn't on properly and I wasn't told for a whole month and a half and the insurance wont reimburse me and will only reconsider if I file a police report because I quote "there was no sign of forced entry." How can there be when the alarm wasn't going off for the unit and the unit wasn't locked properly.?
LOUISE O | Experiencia generalAlthough there was some issues with one employee at the storage facility I do not hold that against the store manager or any of the other staff. Had my issue had not been properly addressed and resolved this survey might be reading differently. But the store manager is the reason I walked away with a positive opinion of U-Haul. Not everything is black and white and shades of gray do exist. The manager understood this and was very helpful to me and I will never forget that.
Brenda K | Experiencia generalAdam and Derrick were fantastic as always!! This is the best Uhaul location because of them!
Cat A | Experiencia generalI had the pleasure of receiving great customer service from Gilbert, Arizona to Decatur, Alabama. Thanks Uhaul you made my move dependable and reliable. Uhaul is definitely the way to go, of course Uhaul you do the hauling but they you comfortable with what you hauling. Thanks Jonathan, Gilbert, Az location and Derrick Decatur, AL location.
BENITA B | Primeras impresionesVery informative and nice!
Lucinda J | Experiencia generalPrices are too high couldn’t afford anymore that’s why we moved out
ALFREDO O | Experiencia generalAdam of the Decatur, Al. On 6th Ave. Was amazing. He went above and beyond the role asked of him. Knowledgeable, professional, and respectful beyond. I have a kidney condition and he being concerned went out of his way at closing time to assist myself and others. Wonderful experience. 10/10.
Casey S | Primeras impresionesFree month with one way rental is great.
Lucinda J | Primeras impresionesRental was very smooth. I was very impressed with the employee who was multilingual and very knowledgeable and helpful. Hands down my best experience with U-Haul ever. Highly recommend the Sixth Avenue Facility. I wasn’t impressed with the amount of parking places while renting and that was a nightmare and very frustrating but I can’t hold anyone but the other customers there at the time responsible because they were truly the issue.
Brenda K | Primeras impresionesStaff are always friendly and helpful. I would recommend U-Haul for storage and rental over anyone else.
JOHN S | Experiencia generalSo far everything is going great I have had no issues with renting a truck or getting a building it’s been pretty good
WILLIAM B | Primeras impresionesSTAFF WAS VERY PROFESSIONAL, ATTENTIVE AND EFFICIENT. I WAS VERY PLEASED WITH SERVICES. WILL DEFINITELY RETURN IF NEEDED. THEY MADE EVERYTHING FLOW EASILY AND HELPED MAKE MOVING LESS STRESSFUL.
Alyce B | Experiencia generalDerek at U-Haul on 6th Ave was awesome. From start to finish, he made the whole process smooth, quick, and stress-free. He was friendly, professional, and actually took the time to explain everything clearly. Derek really went above and beyond. I appreciate Derek and him understanding exactly what I was looking for.
