NANCY T | First ImpressionsWhen placing the reservation for the truck. I also requested to have a storage unit reserved. After driving 10 hours, I got to the facility and the girl told me they don’t do reservations. I ended up having to get a larger more expensive unit. The girl was really nice but had no clue how to rent the unit.
