No improvement needed. We had a very pleasant experience. All 3 men was nice and accommodating.

Robert GWe moved our stuff in because another place was getting too expensive. Then the rates here were raised every year until it was priced out of all comparison to even other UHaul places. The climate controlled section was almost never in the optimal range shown on the big thermometer and for the price paid, it should have been much better controlled. But our stuff survived and was secure.

My stuff was in storage for a whole year. I get it out an my totes are covered in rat poop on in side storage unit !

Randy CLower the deposit. My total cost was $23. My deposit was a was more than $100. I feel the deposit should be twice what the rental price is. Reason. When I returned what I rented (earlier than requested time). My deposit refund was $107. I got a receipt for that. But my bank statement said I was charged the full amount of $133. When I came in there. I was given another receipt claiming I was credited for $107 and that I needed to talk to my bank. So I did. Now I have to wait ten days for the bank to investigate because the say it doesn't show that I'm due any refund.. MAD!!!

MITCHELL HThe Rental went very good. The price was affordable. The only thing we were not happy about is having to pickup the truck in Decatur instead of Hartselle where we live. That caused extra time during moving day. We were originally told that the truck would be available in Hartselle. Otherwise, we appreciate how considerate and friendly the service was at the Decatur location.
STEPHEN CThe truck was on 3/8 full of gas and I brought it back with more than that but they charged me with 2 gallons of gas. That was a little lame and didn't find it out till I got my final receipt. They were not busy but still didn't check it in until sometime after I left.

RAY CWhen placing the reservation for the truck. I also requested to have a storage unit reserved. After driving 10 hours, I got to the facility and the girl told me they don't do reservations. I ended up having to get a larger more expensive unit. The girl was really nice but had no clue how to rent the unit.

The license plate on the trailer was so damaged you couldn't read the numbers. The trailer didn't have a jack so I had to buy a jack in order to take the trailer off.

CHARLES CThis is a busy store on a heavily used main artery in Decatur but it was easy to find. I pulled the truck and trailer into the only spot it could fit but lucky me I was in the right place. I had a bit of a wait but once it was my turn I only needed to park the trailer for the guys and did so in once try like a professional driver does daily. One man walking by even shook my hand for doing it so easily.

He had one employee out due to a death in the family and another employee out with an illness so he was handling everything on his own. He was fast, efficient, and absolutely in charge and never wavered on his level of customer service. What a great representative of your organization.

I came back to this location and brought this to Adam's attention. He said YouTube may help. I don't expect to have to figure this out since it was not a problem prior to this afternoon when I picked up my car. Now what do I do?

Quilicia PWe reserved a truck in Hartselle and the employees never set up the pickup for us So we had to pickup the truck in Decatur. That increased our gas usage. The estimate we had was half what we ended up paying. The truck also had problems with the shifter, which made it hard to put the shifter in reverse and drive.
Gary WTruck needs to be in better condition at pick up. It smelled horribly of smoke.

(packing, auto accessories) The storage unit was fine for a climate control while the others were regular units while I was transitioning and moving family. U-Haul doesn't refund early vehicle returns, that's too bad. U-Haul was available when I needed them!

She could not give me an answer to the issue and said "she couldn't help me" in a less than desirable tone and demeanor. She also said that she would have the manager call me for further clarification and help that she could not provide but I was never contacted. Taylor was always helpful through email and the in-person staff was always accommodating, helpful and friendly. One bad experience was all that I had.
