Hall was not cleaned for at lest 3 weeks Temperature was to be 65 to 85. It was 90 week after week The humidity was very high The inbound gate was blocked with a locked truck Poor security, camera etc

Eugene P | Overall ExperienceWhen lift the door open it was hard to lift up. There was pinch bugs aunts in there. I recommend if getting one get a climate control. I think the price is way too high for people out there struggling. We had that bad storm hurricane and I couldn’t get to the storage unit it was flooded where I live. People don’t believe in helping in a bad situation it is so sad. The gate on the exit you have to get out of your car to put the code in to get out. Other than that it was ok. I just tell what I think and had. I was never late with my rent.

The map should not say blng G when the building clearly indicates building H ... 1/10 times called for help I was rerouted to the centralized called center, which I did not appreciate... finally learned how to get into my unit (the video in the email makes it look too easy; I had to use scissors for both the zip tie and the latch on the door of the unit) ... Even with scissors, it took a long time to finally move the latch all the way to the right... I had to call Uhaul yet again & the customer service rep was ble to reach the facility ... I had finally resolved the issue about the latch but I still needed to talk to Jordan who helped me with a different question .... Then i had to call Uhaul again because I realized that there was no lock inside teh unit ... The nice rep got someone from the facility to come over to bring a lock, who did not explain why there wasn't a lock - until I asked, "Wasn't there supposed to be a lock?" She kindly explained the reason, to which I said, "Well, I could have at least been notified sine that was the case." Courtesy goes a long way, everyone. I would not have been upset about that if I had been told in advance, which would have saved me time and stress. I returned yesterday ... It was impossible to move the latch. I was able to reach the facility staff directly for the first time; she rep kindly came over and she had trouble with that latch too- proof that it's not user error! I said, "You can see how hard it is" because there was no indication of being understanding about it and she said "It is." That is it. No offer to get moved to a different unit or anything.
