It was a bit annoying to have to drive up, disarm, enter thru the walking door, open the garage, get deafened by the LOUD beeping, then return to the vehicle to pull in and repeat a similar process on the exit. It was great to be able to rent and complete/move-out all online from the web & app -- I never had to talk to anyone! :). That was fantastic. It would be nice if I received a discount year over year for not using (or opening) the supplied lock (as I use a previous years of the same type)
DAVID N | Overall ExperienceThe only issue we had was when the elevator was not working. Reservations had been made. It needed to be cancelled due elevator closure. It cost the entire deposit. AJ requested documentation for the cancelation. I provided that and have not received any feedback.
