The customer service was above & beyond, they were extremely professional, friendly, and very helpful. I truly felt at home. One of the guys that helped me his name was Dale, I believe the other guys name was Jimmy. They are truly the epitome of great customer service, as well as teamwork! The large truck service door hasn't worked for 2 months and needs fixing. That storage facility has a large volume of people coming and going, and when 3 different customers have to share the 2 smaller vehicle doors, it becomes difficult to unload or unload boxes and other furniture.Cecilia O. | Overall Experience

When I called in prior to coming in the gentleman that I spoke to name Tim was very nice and professional and told me one thing. However, when I went in the next day to set up my agreement, it was inconsistent w/Tim's behavior and what he had told me. Additionally, for identity and security reasons, I shouldn't have to yell my personal information out, it should just be taken off my DL and entered in and if something has changed I would let the cashier know that.Antonio S. | First Impressions

I DIDNT REALIZE I HAD TO CHECK IN WHEN I ARRIVED AT U HAUL. WITH THAT BEING SAID I LIVE ALL THE WAY IN XENIA. I BEEN TRAVELING BACK AND FORTH. WORKING A FULL TIME JOB. I WAS EXHAUSTED FROM TJE NON STOP PACKING AND LOADING AND UNLOADING. (ALONE) I ARRIVED THERE MY SECOND DAY, AND I WAS LOCKED OUT OF THE BUILDING. I WASNT HAPPY AT ALL. NOW I HAVE A WHOLE CAR LOAD OF BELONGINGS AND THE ONLY OPTION IS TO RETURN BACK HOME, AND UNLOAD THEM SO I COULD RETURN TO DAYTON BECAUSE I HAD BUSINESS TO ATTEND AS WELL AS GIVE A FRIEND AND HER DAUGHTER A RIDE. The truck door was broken, no one told me that. I called the gm numerous times and he never responded to me. I left voicemails. It was very difficult to move my stuff without proper access. I didn't know about the door being broke until the next day when I returned the uhaul truck to another location. I do not recommend anybody using this location because there isn't a person availability at the facility to help you. I had issues getting the key out the lock box because the wrong code was sent to me. I had issues with the website when I was returning the truck. I guarantee this is the last time I use Uhaul.Mercedes L.
