Bryan was very helpful and was able to answer many questions. I appreciate that the facility provides the lock for the unit and that the entry process was so well organized. The location is within excellent proximity to any anything you need in Council Bluffs. I will be happy to recommend this storage facility and its staff to anyone looking to secure storage or rent uhaul trucks, trailers or equipment. I truly appreciate the staff. They were so very helpful and knowledgeable. I
Earniece Y | First ImpressionsI am still unpacking and picking dead mice out of my boxes and Rubbermaid totes it destroyed all of my build a bears that I was saving for my granddaughter. It got into my clothes. It ate one of my chair arms. I am a very unsatisfied customer. I am paid through December 7 so I still have time to come in and finish cleaning all the mouse turds out of my unit and return my locking keys
veronica m | Overall ExperienceI had the worst experience ever with U-Haul as much as I have used them in the past. They cancelled my online reservation 6 different times. I was supposed to be able to do a Share Pick Up, but that never happened. We had to drive over 30 minutes away to end up getting our truck. Then when we get there none of the stuff we where promised is even in the system. We were supposed to get a 20 ft truck for the price of a 15 ft, a free pull behind, 100 extra miles, a full tank of gas, an extra day, plus 175.00 back to my card after the truck was returned. None of this stuff is even in the system. So I got no pull behind, no full tank, no money back, I did get the 100 miles and extra day. But I did not really need either of those. I am very frustrated and angry. I have used them so many times in the past and have never experienced anything like this. I will keep calling until I get my money back i am supposed to get back. The people in Arkansas are the ones that said that. They are also the ones that kept changing and deleting my reservations as well. So needless to say the ones in Arkansas need to get their stuff fixed cause they will continue to hear from me until, I get everything I was promised.That was my experience.

CHRISTINA O | Overall ExperienceConsidering I was kicked out surprisingly by the police and denied access to my belongings except to get out. I moved in 8 yrs ago only because I needed to have access 24hrs a day as i have 24hr roadside assistance business and need different tools all hours of the day. Recently this location had discontinued its 24hr access w/o warning .Due to "sketchy sh*t", what I was told and access was only allowed while employees were on site. Instead of advertised 5am to 10pm per website. 1st time with one this particular male manger (the only employee that is the reason for review) he told me they were closed come back in 2-3 days (snow storm ) I have outside drive up access and rarely ever came during business hours this person aggressively came to my window and asked me" what I was doing here we are closed". And lost out on business as I wasn't able to get tools to help this broke down semi on I-80. And the second time with this same manger I came in Sunday morning around 10am as instructed and my gate code was not working (It was as if the gate was not turned on for access like when they are closed ) so I waited patiently in my vehicle and this manager was in the lot appeared to be overwhelmed by truck rentals in and out and told me to move I'm in the way so after 20min or so he comes out of the office throws his hands up saying the "gate is broke I got Phoenix on it". I got out of truck and walked over to him as I was with a passenger and didn't want to make a scene. I asked him how long this access issues we be going on for as he is costing me business I'll have find somewhere else put my stuff, why he couldn't just unlock the walk thru gate and can just walk in. This is when he snapped off and told me would open and I go back and figure out where I was going to take my sh*t. I then I asked if he was kicking me out after rent for 8+ years ($10000+) in rent. I immediately left in disbelief as to what was this issue with this guy. A day or two later I came to get some parts and with 10min three different police stormed my unit as if I was trespassing and escorted my off the property and me I was not supposed to be here so I left immediately. And was denied access until I was moving out. Besides this one male manager I have no problems with all other employees and were always friendly and professional. Besides a nail or six in the parking lot picked up in a tire or four couldnt prove they were from this lot but picked 30 to 40 over years just around lot. I would of took my IMPORTANT business needs home to accommodate this access issues and continued to rent. But wasn't an option after reviewing the online review's I see this person is consistently treating customers and potential customers this way I found unit with in a mile for half the price same size with 24hr access so I'm in a all round better place. Mallory was the best manager this location could of had and was always delighted when I interacted with her. I hope this helps any one to visit here to be prepared.
