Nothing to improve. I was very happy with the car trailer I rented.. I wa very pleased that it was equipped with trailer brakes! Saves a lot of wear on a vehicle. Thank you for great service.

The dolly was functioning fine just very rusty and wheels were chunked out in areas. Even if the dolly could have been re-painted would have been better than little pieces of rust falling off on my floor. The $10 was very reasonable for using it though.

I rented a storage unit before this and had a billing issue which the manager said he could help me with... So I then sent and email to the U-haul email complaint email address and have not heard a work back from either...I was not that upset about the original issue but the NONE response by anyone has made it worse.

They didn’t provide the pads. I mentioned to them their oversight and said we no longer needed them. I asked for a refund/credit but the clerk couldn’t do it - the manager had to and they weren’t there until the next day. I was told the manager would provide the refund/credit and send an Email. So far neither has happened.

I ordered a 26 ft truck 1 month in advance. I came into the store 4 days before to confirm the truck would be available. I was assured it would be. I showed up to pick up the truck and was told they didn't have a 26 ft truck. I was offered the choice to wait 25 minutes until another employee showed up and he would give me a ride to another location. I had movers lined up and did not have time to wait. So I took a 20 ft truck and made the best of it. I was very disappointed in the service they provided. I usually use Uhaul when I move, but after this experience I will seriously consider going with another company. Moving and planning the move is stressful enough without having to worry if they will even have what you reserved.

My truck broke down in Iowa on my way to north Dakota so I rented a truck for a few days. The truck was clean but the change oil light was on and kept dinging the whole time. Also seemed like the motor would kinda start missing sometimes. When I returned the truck I was charged for a cracked windshield that I'm I'm 99.9% sure was already there when I got the truck. It was small, kinda hard to see on the passenger side. I never noticed it until the guy said something about it but I'm pretty sure I would know and remember if something hit the windshield hard enough to crack it. They'll probably charge the next person for it to.

Renting the truck was really fast. In the past it took forever to rent a Uhaul. now it was like 10 min.

Our original location was in Plattsmouth, NE. My wife had set up a pick up with an on line reservation. When we arrived the truck was not available although she had been told everything was ready to go. We spent 45 minutes on the phone to remedy this mess and when all said and done we had to drive an additional 26 miles out of our way and started packing atleast 2 hours later than we had planned. NOT good. Was very inconvenienced by the whole process.

We rent from you about once every 3 months. We get a donation of dog food for our pet food pantry. All of our rentals have been great except this last one. I don't like writing negative reviews, but I feel you should know. Here is how it went. I rented the truck online. I realized that the store doesn't open on Sundays until 9 am. We needed the truck by 7:30 am. I called and asked if we could get the truck earlier. They said we could switch it to a self check out. I agreed to this. I created the account on the website but was not sure how it was going to work so I called the next day to have them walk me through the process. I was told to just pick up the truck on Sat. I said that I just wanted to walked through the process so I would know what to do at 730 on Sunday morning when no one would be there. I was told again to just come on Sat evening to get the truck. I came in on Sat afternoon around 2 pm to make sure that there would be no issues. I again tried to get an associate to walk me through the 24/7 process. The guys said that they didn't know how it worked and that if I came back at 6 pm that night I could get the truck then and have it for 24 hours and would not get charged any extra money. I agreed to this to make things easier. I came back at 6 pm with my driver and there were more issues. Your system would not accept the church credit card. The machine kept saying that it was an invalid expiration. The expiration was 02/19. We just used the church credit card 3 days before on Amazon. I had to put it on my personal credit card. We finally get the truck checked out and were told to go get the truck. We were not given clear directions to get the correct truck. My driver unlocked the door of the truck he thought was correct and went to start it and it wouldn't start. He went in a told the associate. They both came outside and he told him that it was a different truck. The associate climbed in the truck and started it. We left and the truck ran fine. We go to return it.....the associate tells us that we got the wrong truck and had to call her manager. I do not know what was going on, but we were not happy with the last visit. It was a mess.
