Good morning, the truck I rented had dirty windows and ice on the windshield. I wasn't able to use the windshield fluid due to the outside temperature. It was very difficult to see out of the side mirrors. However I had great customer service. I enjoy renting from this location.

Customer service was horrible charged me for a whole day rental on a dolly for 45 min later return. Manager came up and didn't say a word on anything when I questioned the charge to the sales guy and just handed me a credit receipt.

When we walked in there was 3 people in the store waiting for a trailer to be hooked up to their car. There were no other employees out front. After looking down the hall we Found two gentlemen sitting in an office each on a computer talking to each other. when we knocked on the door after waiting for assistance for over 10 minutes, one opened the door and stated someone would get to us when they come inside and then shut the door on us. I saw no reason they could not help us and felt he was very rude. Not good customer service at all. Waited another 5 minutes or so and finally a young kid came in and got out item and we left. There was no reason the 2 guys in the office could not assist the people in front. I will not use this store anymore in the future.

I only needed the smallest uhaul that u guys had & I purchased that right along with you guys insurance & somehow I ended up being charged over $100 all together when it really should of came up to close too $40 bucks. I like the customer service there but not the prices. You guys definitely over charged me & made me spend more money then I had to give, making it extremely hard for me to buy formula for my baby. That’s my only complaint, being overcharged. Other than that everything else was good .

I had added a trailer to my order which originally was just a 26 foot truck. Upon adding the trailer they moved our pick up location from L St. in Omaha to Lake manna wall and Council Bluffs. I started receiving phone calls and text saying I needed to pick up my order on Elm Street because no one bothered to cancel the order on L St. even though they did a completely new order for Council Bluffs. And then they told us they’re going to add the extra miles because we had to drive over to Lake manna wall and we had to pay an extra $21 when we dropped it off because we had supposedly gone over our miles. This experience was the worst I’ve ever had with uhaul. I am moved from Papillion so the L St. location is the one I originally rented from. And I moved to Neligh Nebraska. There are no U-Haul locations here so I had to pick to either drop off in Albion or Norfork. You need to have some type of calculator that allows for the distance the mover has to drive beyond the drop off point especially when it’s in a part of the state that doesn’t have a U-Haul that is in that city. Because what we ended up doing was driving through Albion to get to where I live which is almost 30 miles away and then having to take the U-Haul back to Albion which added 60 miles onto the trip. It’s completely ridiculous.

The manager and all personnel were friendly, thorough, helpful and patient with all of our questions from the time we rented our U-Haul until the day we picked it up. Couldn't ask for better service. We would definitely recommend this location to anyone! Thank you for such great service!

Just returned the trailer I rented and went to get out of my vehicle, fell right to the ground due to ice. I said they should be putting ice melt out and should have prepared for this, they said they have been yet there was no salt, sand, any kind of ice melt at all down. Could barely walk to the back of my vehicle.

The trailer had mud on the fenders and both fenders were damaged. One of the marker lights was dangling by the wire, which they fixed before I left. When I got it home and opened it up, one of the wooden tie down strips was damaged/unusable and one was missing entirely. I recommend you contact the facility where I returned it and take it out of service.

I turned the truck in more than a day early but was told I still could not get a prorated refund for the extra unused day. Doesn't seem fair to me and provides no incentive to return equipment in early!

I got a flat tire on my personal vehicle driving in and parking in the U-Haul parking lot, it's 3 degrees out and im sitting here with my 2 year old with a piece of metal in my tire with no concern, care, responsibility or help offered from U-Haul employees or company president.

The 5x10 was a little decrepit, owing to its being replaced by the 6x10, but it was certainly roadworthy for my one day rental.

First of all, maybe a clean truck would have been nice, it was in horrible condition...I had to blow out the cab and the back with my leaf blower. Also, the price changed when I got there so this was the worst experience ever!!!! It cost me several hundred dollars, I couldn't believe it! It wasn't anyone at the pickup locations fault the priced changed when I logged into my uhaul app right in front of my eyes and the pickup location employee couldn't do anything about it...Everyone I spoke with on the phone at uhaul told me something different... it was a nightmare I wrote off the loss of money because I don't want to spend one more second with uhaul to get my money back
