My unit leaked at some point and ruined several of the boxes that had collector porcelain dolls in them. The dolls were ok but the boxes are ruined. Also there was rats in there at some point that chewed on a couple of the porcelain doll boxes as well as a few other boxes. Again the dolls are ok but the boxes are ruined.
Janet B | Overall ExperienceI had an issue with getting a second unit close to unit 247. We saw that unit 250 was empty, no lock on the door. I contacted U Haul to inquire about reserving 250. The lady we spoke to told us that 250 was indeed available, however when we got the confirmation it said unit 770. I called U Haul back and the gentleman I spoke with (Mike) told me that he would notify the local manager and have him call me back yesterday, 297th. It's now the 30th and have yet to hear from him. We took unit 770 as we needed the additional unit. It was inconvenient as it was on the far side of the facility. 250 was just across the hall which would have made it so much easier. Too late to change anything now.

RITA W | First ImpressionsWhen we moved into our unit there was no food in it or anything, yet when we moved out, we found a very large DEAD rat in our unit as well as some things that had been chewed on. I am assuming it came from the rafters as parts of the ceiling were down when the unit was opened.
