Kasey went above & beyond. She knew I was in a tight spot with my move & got me into a unit with little to no problem, she even found me a smaller unit when I needed to downsize. But the best service I found out about, from Kasey, was U-Haul can recommend moving help, on either end of my move. This saved me some money. And lastly, I was a bit uneasy driving the 26' truck into the storage area & when I asked if one of her guys could drive it to my unit, she gladly asked one of her guys to drive it in for me. I've used U-Haul in the past and I always recommend them to friends & family. Thanks Kasey for a great moving experience & all the help, especially with my stupid questions.

Cherri L | Overall ExperienceThe roof interior had fallen in and destroyed most of the contents of the unit. But they would not do anything except us to move it all out regardless. I have Severe Lung Issues. Breathing in the fallen insulation fibers made it difficult to handle for me. They would do nothing to help the situation for me. Needless to say I will never give a good recommendation for your company in the future.
