Availability of equipment, seems like this location always have equipment available online but not physically. It is very frustrating when you can't get what you want. Manager get upset when she have to issue 50$ for not having equipment on lot. Then she made rule I can't rent that day any equipment and convinced other workers to her idea. Nevertheless I did book the same equipment 2 hours later and still couldn't make it. Lady at the desk on my request to show me "rule of not renting equipment after accepting 50$ " call manager Deborah H. and put her on speaker. After unpleasant conversation I got that feeling like it is my fault, sort of in whole situation. U did call customer service and they sort it out for me. Please make sure all employees and Managers are familiar with following policy(sort of training required) Your reservation is guaranteed or we will give you $50* Should U-Haul, through its fault, fail to contact customer the day prior and be unable to meet preferred time, place or size, then the $50 Reservation Guarantee will be paid and U-Haul will still attempt to fill the reservation. *U-Haul agrees to call reserved customer the day prior to pickup to finalize time, place and equipment size. If this varies from customer's reservation preference and an acceptable alternative is not agreeable, U-Haul will make a $50 Reservation Guarantee payment, the reservation will be terminated and the matter closed.

very rude lady that worked there would not answer questions that I asked more or less pushed us to pay the extra $14.00 for insurance I would not go back to this location if she was here had very good experience with the first lady I had to deal with the first truck I rented. I payed more for a 15ft. truck than I did for a 20 ft. truck which is very confusing to me. don't think and hope I never have to rent from you again. will do business with someone else..

The cashier could not remove the standard insurance, took 30 minutes to change my reservation trying to make the amount cheaper only to find out it was more than the initial quote, then another 15 minutes to change it back. At which time she charged my card before realizing that she had the wrong drop off location. She proceeded to take another 15 minutes trying to figure out if how to refund my card, then another 15 minutes to create the reservation again. Only to give me a quote that was more than quoted online because she could not understand that I did not want the standard insurance. She asked to see my ID 3 times, and was constantly forgetting what I was even there to rent. In the end I spent 2 hours in the store and left without even renting the equipment.

The youngest Male worker gave me a wrong information and didn't go further to explain, I had to figure out myself. Waited outside from 0648 to 0900. He had told me they open by 7a.. Terrible experience for me.

Thanks to the efficient and pleasant staff! They upgraded me immediately when I got there and decided I needed a larger vehicle. The process was easy, and staff was super helpful and pleasant. Everything was explained fully and I had no questions. I definitely will use this Uhaul again in a few weeks when the next round of hauling stuff happens.

I booked to pick up the one by my house, Uhaul make me pickup somewhere else that 5 miles away , round trip is 10miles that I have to pay extra for the mileage..

The problem was not this location, I had called another location as instructed prior to drop off, a Chevron Station posing as a Uhaul. The person hardly spoke English but claimed that he could accept my return. I went to the location and was made to wait until he served four other customers that arrived after me. He wanted me to unhitch the trailer on a slope... i explained I could not and would not because of a back injury. He could not unhitch the trailer after an hour. I left for the location contained in this survey. I missed my grandson last game of the season. Very upsetting
