Right when I pulled in a guy directed me where to back in the trailer. Very nice individual who I could tell was a hard worker.

debra T.Dropped off the trailer and the worker told me they would scan the trailer in that I was good to go. Well never seen an email so I decided to check the next day as I dropped off later in the day before a holiday. Well worker never checked the trailer in and I had to drive back to the facility on Thanksgiving to do it myself. Ended up being charged an extra day because the worker at this location didn't do as they said they would. So no I do not recommend this location and lesson learned check in myself on the app to make sure it's done right and that I don't get charged extra fees for worker incompetence.
Joshua C.The van we picked up had not been cleaned out and was extremely dirty and the oil change light was on. It had obviously not been checked out at all at this location or otherwise it would have at least been clean. The pre photos they had loaded in the app showed no damage but there were dents and scrapes all over the van, which we had to document before we even left the facility because we didn't want to be charged for them. This facility is extremely unprofessional, the staff and the manager talk about other customers in front of other people, and has inappropriate conversations. Obviously, Uhaul does not give customer service training on what is appropriate in a business. This plus, the above mentioned condition of the rental van, we will most definitely not use them or Uhaul again. There are alternatives out there.

ILIZABETH S.In the beginning my experience was great but last these few months were not. Several times I went to the storage and the gate was always open. If they can contact us about late rent, they can contact us about a broken gate. How is it secure if anybody can access it. I asked the front office why it open and the girl said it's only been a few weeks and sometimes they leave the gate open during business hours. It shouldn't be open at all that defeats the purpose of secure.
OzzhaNetta L. | Overall ExperienceAssuring enough equipment for truck such as dollies. Employees need to listen to customers. Fees were added that were declined and could not be taken off. Employees need to better communicate how to obtain rental materials such as furniture pads. I requested them, paid for them but was not informed that I needed to pick them up myself instead of them being placed in the truck. As a consequence, when I arrived at my moving location I had no furniture pads available. I was told I could come back to the store 20 miles away and get them. 20 miles = $20+ more dollars. Uhaul is a great service. but customer service/communication is the foundation of a company.

Murphy R.When I picked up truck as I'm going down the road the left outside mirror was flapping in the wind… so I could no longer depend on that mirror. No sun visor on drivers side, sun that day was brutal… was not reminded to fill gas tank and was charged 4.00 per gallon = 20.00 charge. The lock was left on the back door which took us 30 minutes to get it off… inconvenience we were loading in the dark!!!!! This is completely unacceptable. A refund is due…….😡

So I didn’t have a good experiance an I will not recommend this place to another customer at this time

GARY C. | First ImpressionsThey’ll prorate you going into storage, however not when you’re moving out. Seems to me that’s theft. Now they can “double rent” a unit and make twice as much. Units are supposedly 10x10. I moved my items into a Public Storage 10x10 I had excess room after combining the Uhaul storage with another 7.5x5 storage. Dissatisfied is an understatement.
