A bit hard to find. No one ever bothered to message me back. It took weeks to get a move out approval and they still tried charging me for another month.

The manager at this location is not helpful and when giving information from staff on downsizing my unit and getting a refund which is what was expected. They ended up stating I was no receiving a refund like told, therefore I moved out early and they kept my money. The girl in the office did not k ow how to switch my account so closed one and made a new account. All around misleading information and poor customer service.

The facility is clean and conveniently accessible to get to. The only concern I see are needing more parking spaces. But overall, one of the best facilities U-Haul has in Columbia. Thank you for all you do to make your customers feel appreciated and satisfied.
