Pickup was a breeze. Drop off was not a great process. Had to go in and out of store 3 times before trailer was finally disconnected.

After calling the day before and verifying the rental would be there for my reservation I made a week prior and being told my rental would be there, I arrived there the next day to pick up the rental and was told the rental was not there. I had to drive 30 minutes away to pick up the rental. WILL NOT BE USING THIS PLACE AGAIN!

The only complaint that I have concerns overbooking. I wasn't able to get a truck for the time that I was promised and that delayed my move. I originally reserved a truck at the Arcadia Lakes location, but the rep didn't put the reservation in after he did my storage unit. So, upon arrival to pickup the truck, we had NO truck. The manager did a reservation for the Two Notch Rd location and we found out after getting there, that the truck was overbooked.

The general manager there was really rude. He has an I don't care attitude and gave me the worst customer service experience I have ever witnessed. I've been in customer service for fifteen years and I would never attach my name to the type of effort, or lack thereof, that he gave. My opinion would be to remove him because he is a direct reflection of u-haul. I would hate to believe that u-haul has lowered their standards in order to keep someone who doesn't take pride in their work employed.

You can offer to pull/drive your trucks out of parking space and have it accessible for customer to drive at pick up instead having customer maneuver it out of a compact space that are inches from other trucks on both sides to the point where we had to squeeze in to get to driver seat. Allot enough time to use truck. If it’s a daily rate, don’t give a 7 hour limit to have it. Apparently this particular truck was promised out to another customer the next morning. When I called customer service they stated there was a truck available at this particular location, when I arrived, that truck had to be back before the 24 hours was up so another customer could get it the next morning. My suggestion, instead of making customer pay full price for a half day truck, offer a truck that does not have to be back by closing on that same day or direct customer to a facility who has a truck that is not promised to another customer during the same 24 hours.

I was charged an extra 15$ for after hours drop off. I dropped the truck off at 815pm. I got on the website to return truck. I uploaded photos and went through the process. At the end it showed the amount to pay and would not let me finish the process. There were two employees still at the location and ome of them helped me through the share location process at the beginning. When i called first thing this morning the lady told me that if i attempted to complete it she could see it and would not have charged me the extra money. For 1, how would i even know the exact steps of return truck when i have never rented from uhaul, and 2, the lady i spoke with was one of the employees still there at 830 last night when i tapped on the window for help? I will never use uhaul for anything again. Thanks...

Truck seemed to be at the end of its life with high miles and many precious damages on the outside. Loved the U-Haul truck share process until I had to return the truck. I started doing the return on my phone like I was supposed to but a U-Haul representative came over and did it himself at the same time. I told him I was doing the truck share app return and he wouldn’t listen. I ended up getting charged twice but was able to get one of the charges refunded. He said he had never heard of trukshare even though it was plastered all over the side of my truck. Employees need to be educated.

I would recommend this location but the staff attitude is not friendly, for example when I was pulling up to return the truck the man was beating on the truck and yelling at me where to park the truck. I said ok but you didn't have to beat on the truck scaring me half to death. He didn't even respond. The young lady inspection had zero personality. just nasty. But the person's who help me to reserved the truck over the phone was great.
