CHRIS A | First ImpressionsThe manager is horrible. Not sure how he has a management position when he doesn’t even answer or return calls. The ASSOCIATEs however are more than helpful!! Everyone was up to par besides Johnny Jenkins and I hope another level of management sees/reviews this. How can you be a manager and have no effective communication or communication at all? Then you tell you associates to lie to customers saying you will call them, email them or anything and you never do. Uhaul deserves better 🙂
