The automatic door to storage facility wasn't operable—it would only open automatically from the inside. As we were emptying our locker, we continually locked ourselves out each time we exited to load the truck. Each time we had to walk back to the office to ask them to open the door. Finally, I put a small object in the path of the door to keep it permanently open so we could finish up. At some point near the completion of our work, a U-Haul employee appeared in the distance shouting at us to take the object away or else it would destroy the doors and he'd have to charge me $5,000.00 to fix it. He didn't approach us and ask us to please remove the object—he screamed from a distance. Finally he said that staff could keep the doors open permanently while we worked, but we were finished. I am grateful for U-Haul's offer of a free month of storage, but the attitude of the employee spoiled the otherwise positive experience.

There are always too many UHauls blocking the storage door making it difficult to load and unload. If it wasn't for some of the staff members there, I would write a negative review on Google.

Mac N | Overall ExperienceThere were trucks blocking the entrance they had about a 5 foot space to take your cart through. It’s the worst U-Haul Moving I have ever had and the employees there were rude and did not care. Literally no space to get into the building all blocked by trucks ridiculous.

I think you could be a tad clearer with after hours policies (e.g. sliding doors are locked after hours, and I have to use the room around the corner.) Definitely should tell people that the round lock will not be in the unit, but rather available by the front desk, so on their first trip to their unit they should bring a lock or come during office hours. Other than that, my experience was good. It was clean and I really appreciated the dollys to move my mattress and other furniture.
