The first truck I went to borrow had an oil leak inside the driver seat, the second truck they lent me had a weak battery that died on me. I ended up having to wait an hour and a half for someone to assist me. An absolute nightmare of an experience. I was very dissatisfied.Aaron A.
This is the best U-Haul in the area. They always have trucks, and the staff are always pleasant and do their best to accommodate whatever your needs are. They also really try to help you leverage anything you can do online to make your visit as smooth as it can be. I drove 6.8 miles with this vehicle and that's it. I put a gallon of gas in the tank and was still charged an $8.40 gas charge. I called and was told it would be refunded but still haven't seen that happen. I even stopped by the store and they said they couldn't do it in store which infuriated me. The entire staff, minus the one lot attendant worming around 11am were rude, unhelpful and acted annoyed that they had to so their jobs. When I returned the trailer I rented. A different attendant refused to speak to me except for one word commands of where to park the trailer. Also tried to book a storage unit lady was a joke in helping me out i asked for a 10 by 10 large storage space enough to fill a small apartment, she took me to the smallest closet of a space. My car was towed from the premesis while I was moving. At the beginning of the day, I asked a team member if it was okay that I parked where I was parked. I pointed to my car parked on the side of the building. The employee looked at my car and told me it would be fine as long as we got back before closing. He never pointed me towards any signage of any kind stating that my car would be towed, nor did he specify that would happen. I got back at 6:30pm when the store closes at 7 and my car was towed. The employee at the desk informed me (far too late) that customers are only allowed to park in front of the front windows. I had to pay $220 to get it out of the impound. I feel that i was not properly warned of the consequences of parking my car where I did and I am very upset and feel that I want the cost of the tow compensated. The only signage that I was shown just said that â€œunauthorized vehicles will be towedâ€ but never specified where is and isn't okay to park. That is not okay. I will never return to this location, not that anyone cares.Paige K.
Although there were no inherent major issues...the first van I received the mileage and the fuel gauges did not match up with the paperwork and more time was wasted to pull a second van from the back instead of just giving me one that was parked in the front...not sure what the reasoning behind that was but the whole process took me an hour to get out of the location. This led to alot of stress for other delays through out my day because I had planned a certain schedule based on previous experiences of just a few minutes to get my vehicle.Harpreet S.
All of the gentlemen helping us out on 4/30 were so helpful and friendly. It was pouring rain when we arrived and several of them jumped in to help us unhook the tow dolly. I came into uhaul without a reservation, I was looking for a 10' vehicle for a few hours. The woman behind the desk said that all the vehicles were reserved and nothing was available. I said, â€œreally?â€ â€œThere's several trucks out thereâ€. And she told me â€œnothing was available â€œ. I left but decided to see if I could reserve a vehicle through the website, and sure enough I reserved a vehicle in about 3 minutes, at the same location. I went back inside and told the same woman that I had a reservation for a 10' and she looked up my name and got my vehicle ready. I think customer service at the front desk at this location is terrible, she didn't care about me or took the time to know what was available at her on her lot. Absolutely horrible customer service. This location is very Unorganized. This location lost my keys when i brought back the truck a day early and blamed it on me and then found them and never communicated that they found them. Charge me for gas when I filled it up. I was very disappointed with the equipment return experience at this location. The site closes at 7pm. I was there at 6:30pm to return the equipment. Upon trying to hand the keys to the girl at the desk, she barked, â€œwe close in 30 min and have 4 vehicles to process ahead of you so for the mobile return.â€ Very rude. Your mobile return website wasn't recognizing my location even with the location services turned â€œon.â€ We made more than 3 attempts from two different phones and were unsuccessful. This is all the more ridiculous when you consider that this wasn't an after hours return. I'll think twice before patroning this site again.Sarah L.

The truck I was in had a wobbly steering wheel, didn't match the steering of the tires and the acceleration was tried (it wouldn't go up a gear if I didn't go super super slow.) The workers here always look like they are super busy but they are also always on their phones talking to other people so it is hard to know what is happening other than we have to wait to get a truck that we preordered.CityGrange C.

The space was big enough for these items however the door to access that storage room was too small to fit anything through?? The overall move-in experience has been great. Reserving online was a breeze and the storage unit was ready to go when I arrived at the facility. My storage unit has a few spider webs and a rusty hole in the ceiling but doesn't look like anything is leaking through it so it doesn't bother me that much.
