Marcia S | Overall ExperienceThere was a bit of confusion while communicating w a local representative and 800 representative. An 800 agent assisted me w renting a unit. The particular address where I wanted the unit did not currently have office hours. A local representative directed me to a different location to, what I thought was to get access to my unit. I received an access code via text. When I went to the other location, the employee was friendly and professional, but said everything was set and there was no need to come to their facility. I was all set w actions I had taken. Outside of this, all went well.
