There was several times where I went there, after hours and wasn't able to access my stuff. Mice feces was all through my stuff. The staff was not very professional.

Advised on October 2,2024 no damage , U-Haul searching for truck. Today different story from U-Haul, please reply. 72 hours advised from today, October 4, 2024 to get my belongings? Cheryl C | Overall ExperienceThe clerk initially told me false information that there were no storage spaces available at the location when I came to the location given that my booking was confirmed which caused much frustration and disappointment in me as I had already booked the movers to unload the truck at that location. Then after some time the clerk corrected his error and provided the storage space when I was already about to make very costly decisions based on the initial false information on the storage space unavailability.

Even when my storage was getting paid for they put a RANDOM lock on my storage and I came to get some items out and they told me that I would have to pay to get a lock removed that I never put on it!! Horrible I’ll never recommend nobody else to use this place.
