The manager that took care of me on pick up was an outstanding customer service experience. When I dropped off trailer the next day, he was off but the youn guy that helped me was an extension of the manager in every way. Great staff. Grwat experience.

There was a guy continually outside cleaning and putting the trucks in perfect line. The manager, was very professional and he should be teaching new managers and staff at all your locations. The manager and crew he has there are perfect at the 1400 Genesee Street, Buffalo,NY location. No improvements needed!

My issue is with the location I reserved my truck at originally. Maybe if they don't have the truck I reserved they should call and let you know and not waste your time .

Manager and staff are pleasant great customer service there needs to be better security regarding the protection of the equipment because a trailer my favorite trailer was stolen and it's took over 3 months for it to be replaced 6 by 9 with a ramp

Truck was dirty, One of the headlights were out and than the truck broke down. After waiting on hold for 45 minutes i finally was able to put in a request for roadside assistance online. Yes I tried online but the site wouldn't let me put in the correct address. After trying the website on 3 phones, 1 Tablet and finally A desktop i was able to complete my request. Than had to wait for them to show up. I had to pay my movers for an extra 2 hours, because of this break down.

Always let the renter know that your aware of something damage on the vehicle..but other than that service was good ..grwat customer service when dropping it off.

I have used this location numerous times for moving over the years and I have never had a problem until this past weekend. I reserved for 8/17/2019 @ 930AM w/confirmation emails a 26" Truck for 6 hours. When I arrived at 930AM they did not have the truck that I reserved available and they had nothing available because everything else was booked. They told me I could wait around for the next batch of reserved truck times to see if anyone wouldn't show up (he told me they have an hour then they cancel reservations). I explained to him I couldn't wait that long because I have hired movers coming at 10AM and I only paid for 3 hours. He said there was nothing he could do because the person who was supposed to return the 26' Truck I reserved didn't return it. While he helped another customer I got on the phone with UHAUL's customer service 1-800-468-4285 to which they stated there was a 20' Truck available at the Perry Street UHAUL location. At this point I would have taken anything because I had movers coming and I just needed something. I received a confirmation text for pick up at 1015AM at Perry Street. When I arrived there it was brought to my attention that again they did not have a truck available for me and the reservation that was put in by the customer service representative was for 5PM. The gentlemen at Perry Street told me to file a complaint. I went back to the original reservation, they still couldn't help me. So I rescheduled for today 8/21/2019, thankfully the movers were accommodating and changed my date without charging me for such a late cancellation, even stating that they have recently had a lot of issues with UHAUL so they weren't surprised. Today went off fine just disappointed overall because unfortunately I had to work today so I had to have someone else take care of my move, which shouldn't have been because it should have been done on Saturday the 17th my original reservation date.

Got to location at 4:53 and nobody could ck truck in. They dropped keys in drop box and said it would be checked in next morning. I locked up truck and rear lock on door wouldn't lock

Having locations if possible same place. Everyone I spoke with was courteous & helpful & efficient. One staff member at the 1377 main Street was extremely helpful about explaining the process to me.

Genesee Uhaul took my keys, but did not process my return until 5 days later. They even charged me late fees for the trailer, which was returned earlier to another location. I attempted to contact the manager several times, but he never responded.

I kept stumbling over a pipe that was sticking out of the ground in the storage unit I was using 0167 made a complaint no response from head quarters I felt they should have reduce the price

Hire better support staff - twice i rented & manager was by himself working his azz off cause subordinates did not show for work. He was efficient, but he was over-worked and my wait time was a bit longer than usual.

The guy that assisted me was not at all friendly he was really short with me and dry also I didn’t like how the truck was almost on E that’s ridiculous I never rented a Uhual with1/4 a tank that’s horrible!

Uhaul was trying to charge me for some damages to the storage space in which I did not damage my furniture was damp do to the space being hit by a snow plow and my book shelves had to be thrown out

When I came to move my things out of storage there were mice inside my boxes! There was a dead mouse in hallway ask staff to pick it up they refused I lost my pots and pans due to mice feces everywher

There was rat droppings on top of one of my box then to find a dead rat when we emptied the unit. My other unit had my furniture. It was covered with mold. I was given # to call the insurance people.
