Joyce P | Primeras impresionesAfter paying 159.00 for my storage, my code was denied and I was left in the storm with all my belongings. Due to not being able to access my storage because of my code, I had to extend the time frame of my uhaul truck, which cost more money! After contacting the customer Service location, they tried to assist but my code started working. Now today of 02/19/2024, I went to my storage to gather some of my belongings and my code was denied AGAIN causing me to damage my items because I was not able to store them in the storage that I already paid for. This was the absolute worst experience I've ever encountered and I would not even recommend this place to m worst enemy.

tammy B | Experiencia generalThis storage facility was infested with rats. Running on the beams in the ceiling from one unit to the next as they please. Chewed up my furniture and mattresses and clothes. That rat problem needs to be dealt with.
