First of all, the unit leaked and ruined dozens of un-replaceable old pictures. Bigger problem: we vacated in November (and notified them), got charged for December anyway; literally spent hours on the phone trying to get credit for improper charge. Finally, was told we were given a credit. Turned out we didn't get a credit, but got charged AGAIN! Made multiple call with no resolution. Now challenging charges through credit card company. The people and the store were GREAT and above and beyond helpful. I am not a fan of uncontrolled climate storage units, as I know that the heat can damage items but considering there was only 2 of us to unload and we had been up all night and was very tired, I didnt have the patience or time to look for another place. I also think that the cost of the unit is very high compared to units that are climate controlled that I have in MN that are alot less costly.Melissa C. | First Impressions

I can’t decide whether I’d recommend this or not, because although the staff was friendly and the hours are convenient, it is all very expensive snd every time I had to call I was on hold for anywhere between 13 and 45 minutes. No one at local offices answers, it all bets routed through corporate headquarters which is frustrating. I chose this as storage because of the one month free, but my unit costs almost 50% more than another facility nearby which has climate control.Meghan L. | First Impressions

There were issues from the get go. We arrived at the office and no one was there that knew how to actually rent us a space. The kid had to call his dad to talk him thru it. Then our number wouldn't work and we had to wait to put our things in the building. We were staying an hr away so we couldn't get back to the site for 4 days. Then we finish with our use of the space and vet charged for another month, tho I had told them we were done. Spent an hour and a half on hold trying to get that straight, having to listen to that God awful music they play. I will not recommend them or ever use them againjacob m. | Overall Experience

The people at the facility had not been trained to process the reservation. He had to call someone who talked him thru it. We could not access our unit as the gate would not recognise my access code. My things are now taped in front of a friend house .jacob m. | First Impressions
