charlene c | Primeras impresionesA very good experience! No complaints
scott o | Experiencia generalThere were many times when the number of larger trucks close to the entrance made it difficult to access the door if other renters were also parked near the entrance.
barbara p | Experiencia generalBrenna is a very polite and nice person and he help me with all my questions. He was very patient with me. I truly appreciated everything and very good service. Thanks again! It was a pleasure being served by your staff in general..
debra c | Experiencia generalStaff very friendly and helpful. Unit was great. Noticed homeless people hanging around the back yard a couple of times.
marcella a | Experiencia generalParking lot a little crowded Hard time getting out with truck and trailer
Lorri R | Experiencia generalThe truck had issues with a rad hose yhst split . It was not repaired sufficiently . The service tech repaired the leak with gorilla tape . It was not adequate . I told the tech we could gef it repaired properly but he’d said it was good . It was not . We spent most of the day getting towed and problem repaired. This was not a good experience at all . This set us back a day. The help I had with the move had to extend their stay to help us as planned . We hope to hear from someone at U haul to discuss also returned truck a day early but was told no credit .
Gary M | Primeras impresionesI've used the U-Haul on Capitol drive in Charlottetown on n off for many years. Always been pleased with the service etc... 🙂
odette d | Experiencia generalKyle was very helpful getting us moved into our unit before we made it to location because we were going to be there after they closed.
Serena M | Primeras impresionesThe only issue i have had was that I usually had a uhaul truck in front of my unit which made it difficult to get at sometimes
