I ordered a 20 from Toronto to Charlottetown. I also reserved a storage room in Charlottetown. Yet when I arrived, I was not given a free months rent even though in my truck it said take a one way trip and use storage at destination, and get a free month. Staff told me no you can’t get a free month. I have U-Haul 2000 worth of business, plus rental fee for storage unit, and was told no.

And the second one is to let custumers go through the building from the back to the front instand of having to have to walk around the building. When you are tired it's a lot. But it's just suggestions because the team was really helpful, kind and friendly.

I had a key break in a lock, ice buildup, snow getting into my locker due to broken weather striping to name a few issues. Each time I tried to speak with staff I was met with rude attitude and basically treated like I was a pain for interrupting their day. Ultimately, I decided to move out because of the treatment and that fact that I was locked out of my locker for 2 weeks after being 2 days late on my rent. I truly hope others don’t experience the nightmare I had.
