Parking lot a little crowded Hard time getting out with truck and trailer
Lorri R | Overall ExperienceThe truck had issues with a rad hose yhst split . It was not repaired sufficiently . The service tech repaired the leak with gorilla tape . It was not adequate . I told the tech we could gef it repaired properly but he’d said it was good . It was not . We spent most of the day getting towed and problem repaired. This was not a good experience at all . This set us back a day. The help I had with the move had to extend their stay to help us as planned . We hope to hear from someone at U haul to discuss also returned truck a day early but was told no credit .
