I was given a tour of the facility and where my 2 storage units were located..There were dolly carts to use, and you swipe a card for security. I will definitely use this facility again..Thank you Again for making my move from Indiana a smoothe transistion.

WANDA D | Overall ExperienceThe staff and facility was good. My only complaint when I got there to put my furnishings in the unit for which I had reserved it was already occupied but the staff on duty did not know it. The movers and I had to wait several hours for the people working to figure out what to do. They made several phone calls and other attempts to fixed the situation which to a long time. Hopefully this was a learning experience for management to check and make sure the units are available before reserving them.
Alberta B | Overall ExperiencePoor customer service, security cameras are down, doors automatically open (no access card needed), homeless camping out in the restroom, and during the move-out process staff were more concerned with lunch from Bojangles than assisting with closing out the account.
