Employees were friendly and down to earth and helpful
Tryeek R | First ImpressionsHonestly the storage facility had a horrid smell. It smells like a rodent died though that wasn’t my issue. I had my stuff is storage not even a month and when I went to collect my belongings there was a ROACH on my stuff.
MARY C | Overall ExperienceThis facility is excellent very clean. The workers are very helpful. The general manager Troy is amazing. He understands situations people go through including the workers they understand and they work with you. They do not want you to lose your stuff and they understand because we all are human and the world we living in today nothing is promising. We all go through up and downs, but we do get up. I will recommend U-Haul in storage on Fawn Pond Lane to Annie and everybody. These people showed that they care you can hear it and they voice over the phone and they show you in action when you show up there and that means a lot. I'm happy with my outcome. I'm happy of the communication, keeping me informed of my account. And this facility is always clean not just the office the storage areas inside the building the outside the trucks are lined up so neatly and professional looking. I don't have anything bad to say thank you U-Haul for being there for us, the family.
