Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulJosh Wheat & his crew are first class! 👌Very well managed facility. All employees are very helpful and a pleasure to work with.
Sally S | Experiencia general1st month free with one way rentals.
ROGER H | Primeras impresionesKai did excellent job service is excellent thanks a lot
Celia M | Primeras impresionesGreat facility. I used two units in the climate controlled building, and two units outside. I felt the security was stellar and the building and grounds were kept clean and were very nice. I also appreciate that each level of the storage building had a restroom! Moving is an all day thing and needing to use the restroom was necessary for myself and all the movers as well. Great fore site on the part of U-haul in the design of the storage building.
Diana M | Experiencia generalUnits are dark. No lights except hallways. Office is rude, especially the purple hair lady. Not clean, pile of junk by elevator. Supposed to be for donations, but ended up being a junk pile. Over priced. 3 different key pads to get in, so high tech it's obnoxious.
roswell b | Experiencia generalJosh and Kai are amazing!! Great Service.!!!
Cindy C | Primeras impresionesQuick, professional, and very helpful.
DELLA I | Primeras impresionesNathan was very helpful. Only issue was the unit was not cleaned well and Nathan made a point to have cleaners come back.
Stuart M | Primeras impresionesStorage prices in general how difficult to maintain. But the staff at this U-Haul is exceptional. I've worked with them on four different occasions for various reasons and every one of them was top-notch!
Mary S | Experiencia generalEvery employee I interacted with through the year(s) I’ve stored/rented equipment has been stellar. I emptied my unit because I moved, and was given a few extra days to make that happen. The facility is spotless so kudos all the way around.
Lisa B | Experiencia generalThe entire experience of this Castle Rock U-haul facilities was just outstanding. Well laid out, clean, lots of carts and hand trucks available to use. Stacy and Josh were exceptionally helpful, pleasant, and knowledgeable. Not only with us but I observed their service with others. Just a totally a positive and remarkable experience - other than us and moving! U-haul is onto something and it will be hard for anyone else to beat what they are doing to make self moving any more convenient and accommodating. 7/28/2026
Jack P | Experiencia generalThe staff at the facility are incredible and always willing to help. If we need to use storage again it will be there.
JEFFREY T | Experiencia generalI really was pleased with the service and the options available at U-Haul. Both in connection with storage, van and equipment rental, and the U-box.
Lisa G | Experiencia generalManager Josh was super friendly and helpful
Tracy M | Experiencia generalI highly recommend them 100%. They provide excellent customer service.
Brenda C | Experiencia generalEmployee Stacy was outstanding. Totally knowledgeable, efficient, personable, walked is all through the facilities and explained how to access everything, just outstanding. She is a STAR! Your centralized phone system leaves much to be desired - dropped calls, to many transfers, not on the same page as at the specific facilities, much to time consuming etc.
Jack P | Primeras impresionesMy husband & I were extremely pleased & happy with our storage experience for seven weeks at the CR U-Haul facility! We stored all our household goods in 5 units and it was secure and safe. Thank you for keeping the place clean & secure! Thanks to the very helpful & friendly staff members!
