larry w | Overall ExperienceI was pleased with the initial I rented. I had it for a few years and never had any problems. The one thing that I highly disliked was the constant raising of prices. I understand the economy is not great and inflation is outrageous but don’t punish your existing customers and continue to increase their rates. There could have been a “grandfathered” policy or something to prevent that from happening every year. I also stopped service 5-6 days after paying for the month and was not able to get any of my money back. That was not cool at all.

She explained the process and educated us on some things we didn’t know. I highly recommend if you are a military family and need to store your HHGs temporarily this is the place.
