When I rented my space, another RV was encroaching into my space. The staff was less than helpful in getting the encroached RV moved. It ultimately required a call to corporate to get the RV moved. Emails to Nancy Buck seem to be mostly ignored.
I have been at u hauls long time. They have always been very helpful. Never any issues. Nancy buck , the manager was always excellent in all things needed.
Nancy Buck and all the office staff were very friendly.

Nice facility for storing RVs. Like the covered spaces to protect the RVs from the Arizona sun. Like the on site dump station and on site propane tank refills. Also like the on site trickle charging. Would love it if the spaces were paved instead of dirt/gravel. Also would love it if the spaces were slightly wider, but 12' spaces are pretty much the standard, so I really cannot complain.
Happy that I am now storing there, very close and convient to home. Nancy & her team are the best very clean facilities. Will be here for a long time.
Moving can be stressful. It’s good to have someone like Nancy to work with and make the transition hassle-free.
Nancy made me feel very welcomed, and did extra work to fit me into her totally full covered RV storage. She quickly cleared up a mix-up in payment, and her cheerful and personable manner made me very happy with my choice of UHaul.
