Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulWe rented 2 units for 23-24 months. The manager was always friendly and accomodating when she was there. The 24/7 access to our units was great! Any issues we had, which were few, were quickly resolved to our satisfaction.

Kiaira S | Primeras impresionesI'm a little bothered with U-Haul rules I moved out of the storage facility to my own place on April the 1st everything was cleaned out by April 4th and you are would not prorate me The customer service was great but the company itself I have a problem with especially when I didn't utilize the storage facility for the entire month

I moved into it, and they were really helpful when I moved out of my storage, I'm going to make sure to let other people now to go to there storages because there really nice people there and really helpful.
MICHAEL C | Experiencia generalIt’s great that these units are temperature controlled but they are not wide enough to fit most furniture and the location is inconvenient. You have to walk quite a way to transport things into these units. I will be sending movers to pick them up to relocate asap. It’s not convenient for me to have to walk so much for storage and the doorway in the units are way too narrow
TARA M | Primeras impresionesWhen we arrived we were told to pull around to the end by the dumpsters and enter there. This was a man door up three steps with a small landing. We started the tedious process of carrying the furniture up the steps to get in to our unit (thankfully we had a third person who could hold the door for us). Eventually we discovered that there was a garage door at the other end of the facility, unfortunately we were half unloaded by then. Even though we would have had to move the furniture a further distance, it would have been less hazardous to use the garage door to get in the bulky furniture in. We should have been presented with all access options. Also, the unit was listed as 8x10x7 but it is definitely not 7' high plus there was a foot wide section across the back that cut down into the room. There should also be some lighting. I wish I had the opportunity to see the unit before I rented it...I would not have rented it if I had. Now we are just stuck and I will not recommend this facility.
