You offered 24/7 mobile pickup. I showed up at 8 am to pick up the truck with my smartphone and the website and the app said my time was automatically switched to be hand delivered at 9 am when they open. There was no explanation for this. Your process needs reviewed. Or if I missed a key part, it needs to be more clear.

The online return system did not work properly. We called uhaul customer service and sent photos of return. This location called two days later to complete return. That's completely unacceptable. We will not be renting from Uhaul in the future.

Very unhappy with my booking. While the Columbus rd location staff was excellent, it was 30 minutes out of my way. My initial booking was for the Tallmadge rd location of which I live two minutes away. This booking cost me extra time, has miles and money. I was given 75 extra miles however we still had to pay for gas and drive an hour and half to take care of pick up etc.

There was absolutely nothing wrong with either location or their personnel. I do , however, have a major issue with the online reservations and being able to reserve something that doesn't exist at the location. I moved from Maryland to Ohio only to find out that the unit I reserved was not something they had on premise. Imagine my shock of not having anywhere to store my belongings and having to unload a 26 ft truck with no storage that I I had reserved. The Columbus Avenue location was very apologetic for this and it was in no way any fault of theirs. They looked for availability at other locations, online said it was available, but when they called the manager there was nothing available. The frustration of seeing something online that's not available is causing customers to be irate with these people, that is not fair to them. Columbus Ave graciously extended my return time for the day so I could find somewhere to unload my belongings. I don't know that I can recommend U-HAUL at all, you have some serious issues with your online reservations that cause some serious problems for the person using your system.

Possibly provide a better communication to the customer when a vehicle is not available at the location that was originally scheduled for on the website at the time of the reservation. Then at least I could tried another location when reserving online

When I turned in my van, the woman in charge was rather quiet, but more awkwardly... rude. Only part of experience that bothered me actually. I asked her about my usage of miles, etc., and she said with annoyed tone, " Check your email."

I ordered a 20 foot truck at one location near they bumped me to a 26 foot truck without telling me and where I was moving to wouldn't accommodate a 26 foot truck. So they then moved me to a different location which was farther from me and that location didn't give me the appliance dolly I had asked for so I had to go to another location that was close to where I was located to get a dolly because I didn't want to drive all the way back to the other location. It was a disaster from the very beginning. Not a good experience at all.

This place is a joke. They keep their phones off the hook so you cant call and talk to them and they picked up my mother's truck after she was arrested and they REFUSE to give me any of her personal belongings from it. So I am taking the Sherriff's office with me to get it back

Do not leave inadequately trained employees by themselves. It's not fair to the employee or the customer. We stood there for 40 minutes watching the lady(that was trying to help us) struggle with getting through the rental agreement form process.

The cab couling was loose on the drivers side and for an hour the cab was filled with engine heat. I couldn't stand the heat blowing on my leg so i had to drive one handed while i pushed on the couling with my right hand to try keep the couling closed. The gas tank was only filled to one quarter full. I had to put gas in it to get to my destination which i left more then half full when i dropped it off. Gas tanks need to be filled before customers drive them so that they only need to return it with a full tank for the amount they used. When i dropped off the truck i was charged a fee because i drove more miles then what was contracted. The issue with that was i had to drive 20 min to the drop off location which put me over the mileage. On my way back to my location i saw several closer locations that i could have dropped of the truck. Between the extras mileage fee and the extra gas i left in the truck should have been a wash.

Reserved a furniture dolly and they did not have one and did not care that it put me in a bad position. Even though the General Manager was at the counter she did not even offer an apology. Only said that they were short and the company was supposed to order some more. When I returned the truck there was only one employee and he said he was busy so he would email me my receipt. That was a mistake. We drove 33 miles and he charged me for 48 miles. What a scam and fraud. Wonder who will get the extra $15 dollars. I will call the manager on Monday morning but I am sure it won't do any good as she did not care about the furniture dolly.

Missy was awesome! I had my storages about 5yrs and she worked with me on multiple occasions when it came to late payments and payment arrangements. The other staff were ok, but if Missy wasn't there I'd rather wait and talk to her when she came back. My move out however was completely DISGUSTING and ridiculous. I had multiple items I left behind because they were literally COVERED in mice droppings. It's understandable that there could be some issues seeing that the storages aren't sealed off individually, but the fact I had to leave some stuff because of it was unacceptable. There was a giant rodent poison box in my second storage unit (B19) where majority of the mouse droppings were and that was just mind blowing to say the least. I also came across a dead roach in my first unit (B47) which I'm glad was dead and didn't multiply! I just really don't appreciate that fact I paid extra fees for having an indoor storage and from my understanding, the fees were for protection and maintenance against rodents and bugs. After this, I highly doubt I will ever use this storage facility again, and yes I will for sure spread the word.
