Key drop not clearly marked. Once i parked the truck and completed check in protocol i was almost immediately harassed by local sheriff with allegations of stealing things and breaking into rental vehicles. Not worth the hassle i went thru just to return uhaul equipment.

The person checking me in had some computer issues and had to use his cellphone to charge me for a dolly. It was dark when we were hitching the trailer to my Jeep and he could have used some sort of lighting to make it easier and safer for him.

Missy was awesome! I had my storages about 5yrs and she worked with me on multiple occasions when it came to late payments and payment arrangements. The other staff were ok, but if Missy wasn’t there I’d rather wait and talk to her when she came back. My move out however was completely DISGUSTING and ridiculous. I had multiple items I left behind because they were literally COVERED in mice droppings. It’s understandable that there could be some issues seeing that the storages aren’t sealed off individually, but the fact I had to leave some stuff because of it was unacceptable. There was a giant rodent poison box in my second storage unit (B19) where majority of the mouse droppings were and that was just mind blowing to say the least. I also came across a dead roach in my first unit (B47) which I’m glad was dead and didn’t multiply! I just really don’t appreciate that fact I paid extra fees for having an indoor storage and from my understanding, the fees were for protection and maintenance against rodents and bugs. After this, I highly doubt I will ever use this storage facility again, and yes I will for sure spread the word.

There was no lighting in the parking lot, so it was difficult to back the trailer into the parking space. The attendant was helpful and guided me with a flashlight.

Though the staff at this location was very friendly, the overall Uhaul experience would prevent me from ever using them again. I used the app for pickup and it had problem after problem causing the employee to have call a coworker at 7am for the lock code. When I got to my truck I found it was a 17' and not the 20' that I had paid for. The employee stated they don't have a 20' and said the 17' would cost the same price! It turned out that I was just about that three feet short when I went to load my belongings 2 hours away. Now I have to return with my own pickup truck to pick up the rest of my belongings that would not fit in the 17'. That is an extreme waste of time and money caused directly by Uhaul. When I returned my truck the very nice employee who tried to help me had problems with her phone application delaying my return process even further. So the employees were very nice but even their kindness couldn't make up for the total failure of Uhaul's app technology and the fact that they cost me extra money by confirming me a 20' truck and giving me a 17' truck instead. Will not be back.

I didn't go inside this location--an associate met me outside and checked in my trailer return from a mobile device. He WAS wearing a mask, and keeping his distance, which I really appreciated. Super helpful and quick to drop off. I would recommend this location, but unfortunately, because of my drop off experience, I likely won't be doing business with UHaul again.

I didn't realize until I got to my Mom's house and until after the movers showed up that the long handle lift dolly was broken. The wheel on the left was broken. We made due without, just please make sure you send customers with well maintained equipment.

My check in experience took almost a HALF HOUR - it was NOT the fault of the associate I blame management! She explained she was in training, and I think it was her third or fourth day maybe, and the employee that was supposed to be there with her, training her, either did not show up or called off. So she was totally on her own trying to work through this. She actually called her manager to ask a question and the manager did not answer the phone call, which I feel is completely unacceptable! Again, I do not blame her at all, she did the very best she could and was very apologetic and very professional. My return experience, was not much better… They're actually was someone there with her at that point, but he did not seem very interested in helping us out, and again that process took much longer than it should have.

The online mobile registration wasn't working correctly, so I had to work with the staff member to re-create and start all over once I arrived at the facility. Other than that, the staff team member was outstanding and made the experience an easy one!!

Personnel are very helpful courteous and respectful. Being autumn time of the year, can't stop leaves from blowing into back of the 26' truck we rented! I have back and sciatic pain, Missy noticed that and even offered to clean out the truck box for me! That is an outstanding human quality!!!

The truck I had had a check engine light on luckily I didn't have far to go. Also I did the on line reservation with check out at the desk to make things quicker and the phone rang and I had to wait an extra 10 min. What's the point of doing the online check out just to get pushed back because someone calls. I think they should have put them on hold until finishing my transaction. Frustrating!

I submitted reservation online requesting 1/2 dozen furniture pads. I didn't check the back of the truck before I left and the pads were not in there when I needed them. Online orders need to be checked more carefully. Thanks.

The man who helped me, Jason Mirwald, was incredibly rude. I went back after my dad picked up the trailer because we were charged for liability and didn't need that based on our private policies. From the start he just kept saying "well, I can't make any changes, sorry". But I asked him to make a call and he learned he could make a change but then kept saying "wow I'm going to have to redo this contract" and "I'll have to enter in all the information all over again". Actually, it saved and he didn't have to, but he made sure I felt uncomfortable. I even asked him at 1 point, "do you treat all of your customers this way or am I lucky?" and just stared at me blankly. It was a TERRIBLE experience. I will never recommend anyone in Canton pick-up trailers there. Whipple location never does this... he was so unbelievably rude. I know people have bad days, but I was being pleasant at first to just try to get this $30 charge reversed. He was awful.

The online pick up process was not as easy as advertised. I have never had an issue with not filling the gas tank before returning before. The guy checking me back also seemed perturbed I actually used the materials provided after stating I was going to. The also didn't provide the furniture dolly at the beginning and took it off our charges.

Counter help very apathetic. Was assured the dolly I ordered was on the truck. It wasn't there. Spent 15 minutes on hold to let you know, and that I didn't steal it. Was told I wouldn't be charged. Reminded them when I returned the truck also. Was emailed a receipt later and was charged for the dolly. Will not be back and gave you a bad review on google. People need to do their jobs, it's not rocket science!
