Tammie V.David has amazing customer service! The truck was clean however after about 20 minutes of having the truck, it turned off and would not turn back on. We waited 3 hours for roadside assistance which never came. Fortunately the truck decided to start working after much waiting and trying to get it back on. We just never turned it back off when loading/unloading which obviously wasted gas. I would 100 % go back to this location, I just know not to accept a truck with an engine light on.

TIM W.The young gentleman that is relatively new there, I believe his name is Nick was extremely helpful and professional. The older man that works there was rude and condescending I will never deal there again as long as he's dealing with the public. He might be a great employee but he should not be dealing with the public. He insisted on taking a picture of my driver's license with his cell phone. This made me very uncomfortable. Then he mumbled and when I asked him to speak up he got rude and condescending.

Sean M.I would like to say that the Columbus Road location in Canton Ohio was filled with the most helpful and courtesy people I have met my entire life Dave was there every step of my process of moving so he went above and beyond considering I was only there to get a truck he made me feel comfortable to wear I also got a storage unit there there isn't enough space or time to continue about the great experience I had with him alone thumbs up Dave and Missy also was very helpful in accommodating and patient I had some issues that I was going through and they all were very accommodating understanding and patient with me there were two other employees I wish I could remember their name My overall experience there was wonderful and I would definitely recommend this location and their employees I wish I could take their employees and put them everywhere I had to do business LOL then I would never have a problem thank you to everyone at U-Haul Columbus Road location you're awesome and I had the best customer service I've ever experienced anywhere that I have been hands down

This upset me because he said at the first that my card would be just used to hold the truck. I wanted to pay cash for the transaction. I am so dissatisfied that choice was made for me. I am going to warn others to watch out for this type of action if they use your store. Very disappointed...

Jim M.Positively the best U-Haul experience I've ever had- they were very helpful and flexible throughout the whole rental. Didn't have the size of storage unit I reserved because I was several days late to check in but they still offered me 2 smaller ones. This was the worst move in terms of stuff and time, and my wife suffered a severe nerve injury, plus we have 2 small children- so things were extra chaotic but they were very understanding and patient about everything. No unexpected fees or bills to settle. The company has really done a 180 as a whole, but this location in particular is absolutely fantastic.

anthony B.I was charged for an after hours check-in when I shouldn't have been, they are refunding me so that's fine. ALTHOUGH…The U-Haul came with half a tank of gas. I used 4 gallons of gas (about $15). I put around $14 in the tank before dropping it back off to cover the gas I used. I was just a hair under a half tank.. because of this I was charged an extra $15! When I asked about this, they said the charge covers for what I didn't refill and cannot be refunded. I filled the tank back to where I had it minus maybe a dollar worth. I don't believe I should've been charged $15. Seems like a way for them to just get free gas from customers. Still waiting on my $20 refund and I will apparently not get refunded for the $15.

DINESE C.My fiance and I rented a van to go to a flea market and set up.We pick the van up the evening before it was dark and dome light was working, no big deal.When we got up up at 5:30 to drive an hour away to be there by the set up time my fiance was sneezing when we got in the van. We notice that the seats were not swept and dog hair was everywhere on the seats. We also notice that the passenger seatbelt was broken at 5:30am when we went to leave. We had to to leave anyway. When we took the van back that evening and we told the guy about the problems he new and told them the seat belt needed fix but they sent it out anyway.. Put my Fiances live in danger.

I rented a 26 foot truck and the first one had a check engine light on. Then the second one they gave me the battery was dead. Then I rented a van and the first one had a low tire. Then the second one had a check engine light on the whole time

leah T. | First ImpressionsMissy was awesome! I had my storages about 5yrs and she worked with me on multiple occasions when it came to late payments and payment arrangements. The other staff were ok, but if Missy wasn't there I'd rather wait and talk to her when she came back. My move out however was completely DISGUSTING and ridiculous. I had multiple items I left behind because they were literally COVERED in mice droppings. It's understandable that there could be some issues seeing that the storages aren't sealed off individually, but the fact I had to leave some stuff because of it was unacceptable. There was a giant rodent poison box in my second storage unit (B19) where majority of the mouse droppings were and that was just mind blowing to say the least. I also came across a dead roach in my first unit (B47) which I'm glad was dead and didn't multiply! I just really don't appreciate that fact I paid extra fees for having an indoor storage and from my understanding, the fees were for protection and maintenance against rodents and bugs. After this, I highly doubt I will ever use this storage facility again, and yes I will for sure spread the word.
