My storage unit was good. However, when I removed my belongings there was mice droppings in my couches.

Had vacated in June had let everyone know that the unit was empty and somehow or other. There was a lock on it. It is not my lock And I kept getting these letters and these bills which I dispute all. So , I just feel like I won’t use your storage area again.

LATONYA P | Overall ExperienceThis storage place I would not tell anyone about it! The manager there find ways to make money off of people! #1 I paid $50 for my lock being cut! Because she said housekeeping found my storage unit lock was in the wrong hole! But it was secured and locked! How housekeeping see that and my unit is one up in the air tight, not on the lower level! Then she want to put a lien on my storage for 40 some dollars for insurance I never had! And tell me my rent was late and I had to show her I had a receipt and my account was on Automatic payment! This lady kept trying to get money out of me for nothing! This the worst situation I ever had! I work all the way in Wisconsin and had to keep running back to Illinois to try and save my things! I move out! She try running a scam on the customers! I appreciate you thank you!
