The facility is really nice, its location is very convenient and not crowded. I love the ease at which I was able to move my stuff in. I met a very pleasant and knowledgeable lady Chene (don’t know if that’s the spelling) who made the process seamless, thumbs up to her. The price could have been cheaper tho, I’m just saying.

Mahin H | First ImpressionsMacDaniel forgot to hang up the phone before he started talking crap about me. I then called back requesting for the representatives name and the other employee refused to give it to me and I was on hold for 10+ minutes. I then called back and again and they refused to pick the phone up. I got to the location and when I arrived all Macdaniel did was curse the whole time like he wasn’t on the job. He is the most unprofessional employee I’ve ever seen in my life. I confronted the employees about the issue and how I heard what he said about me and they thought it was funny. There was no manager on site. I would love to be contacted to see what the manager has to say about this incident. If the phone call was on a recorded line I would love for U-Haul to retrieve it as proof. I will be leaving bad reviews all over and never recommending this place.

Robin C | Overall ExperienceOverall staff was super friendly and helpful. The facility felt safe. However my main issue was with the ease of access of some of the units. The hallway was extremely narrow to transport a couch, plus I had to turn 2 corners with it! This made the moving process more strenuous. I do have to note the roaches too, although I think that might be somewhat normal in storages?? At least their were some traps set up.
