Unfriendly customer rep. Told me van was not available when I saw van clearly in the lot. I inquired and was rudely told that it was not available. I asked to rent a truck instead. Again told rudely that all vehicles were reserved. My reservation was for 1:00 to 1:30. I was told to come back at 2:00. I asked if she could track vehicle to make sure it was on the way back. Again got rude attitude. I had to leave. About 15:00 minutes after I left I received a call that van was available. When I returned to office I was given the very same van that was in the lot. Incompetent rep with nasty rude attitude. It’s a shame she is the face of your company.

Very nice transaction. Overall pleasant people working there! What could be improved would probably be the customer parking location- otherwise it was a great location and I will totally return!

odometer says over 99,000 miles on this truck. if you hit the slightest irregularity on the road at highway speed i had to wrestle it back into the lane. you should be ashamed of yourselves for putting a truck with this many miles on the road, unless you had redone the entire suspension, which it's clear you did not. an absolutely horrible piece of equipment. don't you have any quality control on the vehicles you rent??

I rented a small storage unit on the second level of the facility. Getting up the ramp was difficult when I had the U-haul van. Otherwise, I have no complaints. Facility helped me with my needs.

I was REQUIRED to purchase a DISKUS LOCK. After I placed all my property in the storage the manger “Everett” said they will VOID my contract and cut my lock. They even printed out the DISKUS lock info

Boxes were promised to be ready for picked up at 7a. Movers could not pick up boxes until 4p. Employee did not know how to fill out paperwork causing delay. Called many times and they never picked up.

General Manager Mauri and her staff were awesome and I did observe as they gave myself and others excellent customer service at the Bellrose Location in Queens New York. Please commend GM Mauri.

Customer service was VERY slow. I waited in line behind 1 customer for 30mins. because there was 1 person at the counter and 4 people were behind me. A staff member helped one person and disappeared.
