Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulI really enjoy the professionalism of all the people at U-Haul.
ROCHELLE S | Primeras impresionesGreat people in the office, friendly and very helpful! I would highly recommend the Baraboo U-Haul.
Tina M | Experiencia generalVery happy with the use of this unit.
jason r | Experiencia generalCustomer service was excellent!
SHANTI B | Primeras impresionesWe were extremely pleased with everything about our storage experience. Tre was exceptional in his customer service - knowledgeable, friendly, and went out of his way to make sure everything was just right for us. The facility was sparkling clean, and the steps for entering and securing what we needed clearly explained. The lady who checked us out was also very helpful, but I didn’t get her name. Thank you!
LINDA S | Experiencia generalThe customer service person we dealt with was excellent. She was very friendly and it was a pleasure working with her.I believe her name was jasmine, and it was at the barboo wisconsin, uhall
Dolly N | Experiencia generalBaraboo u-haul was always clean, which i appreciated. The bathrooms were always clean and well stocked as well. Having our storage unit in a secured facility with temperature controls and out of the elements was important to us so paying the little extra for these services was worth it. We had two units and were grateful that they were right next to each other. Having a multitude of carts to help transport our items back and forth was convenient. If we need to storage again, we will definitely use u-haul
Jacqueline V | Experiencia generalVery good experience. Appreciated having a storage facility that was indoors/temperature controlled.
Tanya B | Experiencia generalAll good 👍 😊
KERRY M | Experiencia generalOne time last summer the AC wasn't working. Other than that, it has been maintained.
Doreen H | Experiencia generalReally appreciated the carts to transport from the truck to my unit in the middle of the building.
Michael R | Mudanza en líneaBest choice for storage at your convenience! There were no issues, even when I realized that I needed to switch to a larger unit! U-Haul will always be my choice in the future!
JULIE G | Experiencia generalNice experience.
PHILLIP K | Primeras impresionesKnowledgeable and helpful staff! Well kept facility. I would definitely choose UHaul again for my storage needs in the future based on my fantastic experience at the Baraboo, WI branch!
JONATHON G | Experiencia generalI felt very confident that my furniture would be safe in this unit We stored upholstered and wood furniture for two years and there was no signs of mice or mold. I told friends and family that it is one of my favorite places!
