I have had good experience with both the Washington st and odlin rd uhauls over the years. I return to them every time I have a need that they can fulfill and have been treated very well at both locations.

Cómo funcionan los comentarios de U-HaulNick. You and your staff were fantastic! Thank you, . If I need you in future, I’ll come see you!⭐️
Linda B | Experiencia generalVery pleasant ,helpful staff.
JANICE R | Primeras impresionesAwesome thank you so much for accommodating us.
lindsay m | Experiencia generalI left the lock in the unit with keys
WILLIAM T | Experiencia generalI actually used my storage unit to store the stuff that I couldn't have where I was living and then I was locked out of my unit because I accessed my unit too often and could only use it with staff present which is nowhere in the contract that I violate the rules to be put under that type of supervision and then the staff screamed at me and hung up on me so no I don't recommend you haul services to anyone I actually recommend they go somewhere else because the ones in Bangor are rude and disrespectful and make their own rules
Clover B | Experiencia generalAfter my brother’s passing, I was gratefully taken well care of by all your staff. The attendant at the facility was especially kind and helpful. He even rescued my cart on a very windy day! David is kind, polite and goes above and beyond! You are fortunate to have him!
DARLENE M | Experiencia generalEveryone was so very nice and helpful. Makes a big difference and thank you!
Linda B | Primeras impresionesSadly we could not access our storage unit due to problems with the late check in. Our doses did not work, the call did not help, it was ultimately a software problem. We kept the truck another day, went back. An employee had to come with us to over ride the software. Our unit was not large enough for our needs but Nick graciously comped us an additional unit. The personnel were all call am helpful when I was overtired and shattered by the difficulties, for having to pay our moving men for additional time, for having driven from Georgia only to be met with frustration.
Heather M | Mudanza en líneaSo the uhaul storage I had was 24 hours and it was super convenient. it was part of the reason I got it but there are I think people that practically live there. they trashed the bathroom which was pretty close to my storage unit so it would smell. then it’s near the concert venue so when I was going to move my stuff out of it the entire lot had cars parked everywhere you couldn’t find parking in a lot that is normally empty. I tried contacting the GM and his response was oh yeah that happens a lot we are working on a solution like come on they are blocking the loading and unloading doors now I have to carry all my stuff down hill to load it into my truck. Honestly if you need 24 hours like I did I guess you have no choice but I would definitely steer clear of it if you just need a storage facility.
Charles N | Experiencia generalThe front desk staff were very helpful and efficient.
jeremy b | Primeras impresionesSadly little upset about finding needles twice
ZACHARY S | Experiencia generalThey should have a ramp going to the second floor for people that has disability or lugging heavy stuff upstairs easier than kind of carry it up a short flight of stairs but everything else is perfect
