Unfortunately my contract holds the facility not liable for any water damage, so despite this being their fault I had to eat the cost. My unit was also frequently accessed by mice, even when there wasn't any food in it, and they damaged some of my stuff as well. For these reasons I wouldn't recommend anyone store anything here that could easily be damaged, since I experienced so much damage to my things
