Joshua B | Overall ExperienceI am storing a car. For long periods of its sitting, it is recommended that the tires be overinflated. Air pumps at two filling stations in town were out of order. The manager and staff gladly let me use the pump at UHaul, and even helped fill the tires.

What an amazing place, I had the pleasure of working with Devin the manager and she was amazing, I rented a trailer month ago and she set it all up because she didn’t have one on site. I was assigned a lot to park my camper, when I got there the lot was already taken so I had park on a different spot. I let the office know but still someone could have taken my camper and they wouldn’t know until I came back
Max K | Overall ExperienceOnly complaint I had was that it seemed like there was a glitch in the system at some point because I went to my storage space and found that the locks had been switched. I was worried about this and called the office and they explained that they had gone out there and cut the lock because of some type of misunderstanding, but they didn’t touch any of my stuff and just put a new lock on when they saw it was being used. They gave me the new keys and I didn’t have any other issues. They also gave me essentially another month for free. So while I wish I had been contacted about the whole lock cutting thing, the customer service afterward was good. I think it could be possible that they didn’t contact me because there was an obvious glitch or miscommunication that happened, because I was renting two spaces, and but one was set to end earlier than the other, and when it did the other one seemed to get messed up in the app as well. So maybe they had my name still on the space but also weren’t totally sure if I was still using it. Anyway, while it was a little frustrating at the time, the customer service in dealing with it and making it right was good. So no real complaints. The facility itself was good. Space was clean and seems quite secure.
