This unit was super hard to find. I ended up on the freeway and having to loop around a couple of times before I found the entrance. You need an adequate sign. Better yet, the hurricane tore a hole in the fence, put in a drive way there so people can get to this location from the shopping center parking lot instead of from Wrightsboro Road. Also, the gate is broken. Every time I went there it was standing open, which did not make me feel safe. The gate should be fixed.

KATHY O | First ImpressionsStaff was excellent. Move in was challenging as the access code box is on the passenger side of the vehicle making it hard to get in. Other challenge was with access code working. Took many attempts and visits back to office a quarter mile away.

Jerry E | Overall ExperienceThe lady that runs the location I had my unit it did not work with me after one of her other associates dead but I am a heart failure patient so I’m in and out of the hospital. I needed my safe for documents for medical the paperwork that was emailed to me said June and I was going to pay for my storage then I call on 12 May 2023 and they said it’s a local office on Riceboro Road that my unit was sold and moved out. I will be following up with my attorney to see if I need to file charges because of paperwork not matching.

RONNIE B | Overall ExperienceI like Uhaul however I was unable to get into my unit on the one time that I needed to get really important papers. Uhaul had changed the doors and locks which was ok but did not inform me and gave me a hard time. I was unable to get inside my unit 2 days later. Then I was promised they would give me money off the next month rental. They never did.
