My experience was amazing. The only thing I had a slight issue with is whoever shares the lot with U-Haul. They constantly parked their vans in the way making it hard to maneuver

The lady that runs the location I had my unit it did not work with me after one of her other associates dead but I am a heart failure patient so I’m in and out of the hospital. I needed my safe for documents for medical the paperwork that was emailed to me said June and I was going to pay for my storage then I call on 12 May 2023 and they said it’s a local office on Riceboro Road that my unit was sold and moved out. I will be following up with my attorney to see if I need to file charges because of paperwork not matching.

Lack of communication when changes occur ie; locks changed, gate code changed to key cards, and no one onsite to help when there was a problem. Contact by telephone nearly impossible and price continued to increase!

I like Uhaul however I was unable to get into my unit on the one time that I needed to get really important papers. Uhaul had changed the doors and locks which was ok but did not inform me and gave me a hard time. I was unable to get inside my unit 2 days later. Then I was promised they would give me money off the next month rental. They never did.

The mgr was helpful but I experienced a break in and was moved but found my lock tampered with along with other locks..

Paraffin is not very friendly and accommodating. Rarely het the unit promised when checking in.

Too easy to break into. My unit has been broken into twice since uhaul has taken over. Over $5000 worth !

My original unit was given away inspired of reservation they had me running all over Augusta to find a suitable place.

My original reservation was not available. What was given in return was unacceptable with no regard given to size truck I had to unload nor my reservation. Was sent 3 different U Haul site none acceptable for what I needed.

There wasn’t a lock inside of the storage like it said it would be…Little bit of spiders webs inside but other than that’s it’s was fine
