I am very happy with the staff at both in Augusta and remote staff. When I could get someone on the line, all were professional and helpful. The app is great in terms of scheduling and planning a move. Just a note to be aware of with the climate-controlled interior storage spaces: I had two storage spaces, each inside different climate controlled buildings. They were fairly priced, but heads up: the facilities are old, corridors are dark and many fluorescent bulbs were out. There was no lighting in the storage spaces themselves, and things were *dark*. Also be advised some corridors are pretty narrow (one can't get around another's cart).
